Just went on a drunk trip. Still the staff greated us politely. Served as a normal people. We stayed way over closing hours (which i am deeply sorry.) But they politely waited for us to finish our drinks. The place is great. Have a great wiev to the central square and cathedral. Dint tried the food. But looking at the beutyfull people working there, it must be great. Thank you.

My visit to El Mirador in the historic center of Puebla was an incredible experience. The restaurant was very beautiful and the decorations were elegant. We were lucky because our table was near the window, so the view of the Cathedral was spectacular at night. The staff members were very professional and kind to us. I ordered the Mole Poblano, and it was delicious! My family were very happy with their drinks, too. The prices were fair for the quality of the food. It was definitely the best part of our trip to Puebla. We were very satisfied.

Excellent place! Great service and very good food at affordable prices. The atmosphere is good and you can enjoy the view of “La Catedral”, the central park and Portales. The restaurant has two floor options, very recommended the 2nd floor. You can enjoy local dishes and more.

The only redeeming quality about this place is the treetop level terrace. The shrimp sandwich (torta de camarón) was barely bigger than a McDonalds Happy Meal burger. Considering the price, I expected something closer to the size of the image in the menu. They were running a two-for-one gin cocktail special at $169 but all it was was an ice-filled glass of syrup with nary a hint of gin.

Great food and music. Everything was wonderful until I got our bill, 420 pesos for a shot of mezcal! All other shots on the menu were no more than 180. I complained to no avail, so sad

I gave the place 1 star for service because my waitress Noemi was rude. I asked her if she had a paper menu and she said she didn’t. I proceeded to ask what appetizers they had available and she said they had some type of potato to which I asked what that consist of and she said “es una papa entera” and that was all. Even after I asked what the potato had she said the same thing again. I got no napkins… no one checked to see if I needed anything else. Since no one checked on me I had to get up, walk to the counter and asked if I could pay my bill. I noticed they had paper menus there so I said “I thought you had no paper menus?” She said that menu was outdated. The only good thing was that the food was descent.
