I tried this place a few years ago when we moved to the area and the service was so slow we haven’t been inclined to come back. Today I called for what I thought would be a simple lunch order, 2 cheesesteaks. Sure, this isn’t what they’re known for, but it’s on the menu and it’s right down the street. So after what seemed like an awkward call they say “ok, 25 minutes.” I get there at about that time, wait in line for at least another ten minutes and found out they never took the order. What did I call for? Never coming back. Also, don’t plan on coming here unless you speak fluent Spanish, which I do, but somehow still found it difficult to communicate.
