Came here on a Friday night and the place was packed, which is always a good sign. Despite how busy it was, the restaurant was very clean and surprisingly calm—no loud music, just a pleasant atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the meal.
The food was good and reasonably priced, but I wouldn’t call it the most authentic Mexican food around. It definitely leans more Americanized. That said, the margaritas were the standout and easily the best thing I had.
Overall, it’s an okay spot—nice environment, decent food, and great margaritas.

This would have easily been a 5 because the food is amazing. The food itself deserves a 5 star review. I have never in my life had such delicious fajitas. My only issue is that they only give you 3 tortillas for the whole thing (small ones) and when you need more for the rest of the food you have to pay extra. This is only mildly frustrating because I’ve never been to a restaurant that only gives you 3. Usually they give you 5 or 6. So that’s kinda bumming but the food itself is “chefs kiss”. The atmosphere is delightful with some of the best artwork on the walls. The tables are very comfortable and spacious. The service we happened to have that day was kinda meh, like 3 out of 5. Not good, but not awful. Felt like the sever was checked out, probably tired or going through something.
Overall a great place to visit. The food is yummy and worth trying.

So we went to El Mezcal for the first time to celebrate Father’s Day this past June 2025. The food was absolutely perfect! Rice and beans were the best ever. We now have been there several times since and great everytime. Very impressed! But what made it extra special and welcoming was Antonio! He has got to be the best server we have ever experienced. Outside of being very good at his job he just makes you feel good. His smile and personality is warm and welcoming. Thank You Antonio and all at El Mezcal ❤️ Did I mention the amazing Margerita’s Best in town!

Absolutely disgusting. The food looked and tasted like reheated leftovers slapped onto a plate with zero care. To make it worse, I found hair in my salsa, which completely killed my appetite. But, we still tried to give it an honest shot. The so-called “clean” utensils had dried-on food still stuck to them, so clearly cleanliness is not a priority here. Overall, this place is unhygienic. Would recommend going. I definitely will not be coming back. (Did not get the chance to take a photo of the hair in the salsa.)

THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD AROUND. The food is always so fresh, the mexican rice is the best I’ve had, service is always phenomenal, and my boyfriend is OBSESSED with their birria tacos. Their alcoholic beverages are also delicious and always beautifully presented. 100/10 stars!

First timers here! Amazing service by Antonio. the food portions were very plentiful and prices were surprisingly low, the flavors are just perfect tasting to the very last bite the meat portions in each item were not on the skimpy side, tacos were over flowing chimichangas were busting, glad we found this hidden little Gem definitely will be taken my left over home for dinner and definitely will be coming back for sure! All around very happy customer!

Stopped for a quick lunch. Ordered loaded nachos and Fish tacos. The fish fir the tacos was diced so small I wasn’t sure it was even fish. Nachos had 2 large pieces of plastic in them. They remade the nachos and there was so much liquid on the bottom of plate you couldn’t even eat them. I will not be back

This restaurant is amazing! We keep trying different meals and they do not disappoint. Everything is fresh and tastes delicious. The amount of food they give you, we haven’t been able to finish in one sitting yet. Tried their cheesecake tonight and I think this is what I’ll pick for my birthday cake this year lol. Its out of this world!
