This is now one of my wife’s and I favorite Mexican food places! Very easy to get to, plenty of parking. Facility is clean and bathrooms are clean as well. That’s one of our ways to know for sure how a business operates is it’s cleanliness. The guy that took our order was very friendly, the food takes a little time to come out but that’s because they make it fresh and it comes out nice and hot. The horchata is as authentic as it gets. Truly a must if you want authentic non-chain Mexican food. Don’t miss out and check it out!

If you’re looking for Mexican cuisine, this is a great option! The carne asada dish was succulent! The thinly-sliced steak was accompanied by beans and rice. The rice was flavorful, some of the best-tasting rice I’ve had in a while! Just a heads up: expect to wait longer than usual on Sunday morning and afternoon (during the summer) as the restaurant gets busy! Also, you should visit El Diamante next door for freshly baked Mexican bread, ice cream and other goods!

the hand made tortilla and el pastor tacos were amazing. if you really want to kick those sweat glands into overdrive get the green sauce. and a mexican coke out of a glass bottle never hurt anyone’s feelings. my new favorite taco spot in Wilson.

We love Mexicanito. But last night was a perfect storm. We called three times to place an order and they didn’t answer. The food is good but the prices posted on the screen were WAY OFF. A taco was posted as 2.50 but was really 4! The younger woman at the register told us that we couldn’t use our card and asked us to use the ATM machine in the restaurant. This was our favorite in Wilson.

I bought food from there and used my debit card to pay for my food then a week later they charged me a second time on my same debit card for the same food that I paid for once but they charged me twice for that one particular order. When I called back to tell them what they had done and to ask for my money back they acted like no one knew how to speak English. The food is mediocre but I wanted something to eat within that area. Now, I will never eat there again by my own choice.

They welcome you with a good friendly greeting but I ate a warache and it was the last thing I ate for the day then the next day my stomach started hurting a lot which made me throw up the food. Do not recommend and the food was probably expired
