If I could give six stars, I would! Not only is the food consistently delicious, the atmosphere transports you somewhere else. I especially love the patio in warmer months. I could hang out here every day and be happy. The owners welcome you like family. Love this place so much.

Place is awesome, the atmosphere took me to an hacienda. The mistletoe margarita is delicious and the food is good. We had a reservation so we did not wait to be seated.

The waitress was amazing recommended Arroz Ya-Ya. It was okay but kinda bland. She was very good about trying to get me hot sauce. Then she came back saying that someone else said there ya ya wasn’t as good as it had been last time. The sweet tea is really good. Next time I’ll get a second opinion

If I was a head hunter I would nab him up so quickly. He gave us the full experience after learning that this was our first time here and left us with an eternal impression.

Will was a wonderful waiter and he did an amazing job with our large party, even though he had other tables to take care of. He had an amazing support staff behind him that took care of my parents 35th anniversary party so well! Thank you to the entire staff that made a great evening for all of us!

We went in to celebrate our anniversary and Valentine’s Day and very much enjoyed our meal and our server. The Manchego cheese puffs and chimichurri are definitely a must!

We had the Gallo pinto, Burrito bowl (vegetarian) and manchego cheese puffs, kids steak tacos and kids Mac and cheese. If we lived close by, we would be regulars!

Everything we ordered was presented nicely. Only negative was my steak was ordered medium and was closer to well done. We were seated at a small table for 4, even with the restaurant empty since they just opened. That took away from the overall experience slightly. Probably would not repeat for a family of 4 for a casual dinner.

Went here for dinner with some friends. Full disclosure, I was not looking forward to a “tapas” style restaurant. We did get appetizers, drinks, and dessert because the portions were appropriately sized, but not your traditional American overportion. Did I have enough to eat? Kinda. Everything was good and tasted fine. My main course, the carne Asada, was exceptionally well done. However, everything else went flawlessly, so it was a great dining experience in today’s age of lack of customer service, and it’s clear El Meson has a passion for what they do. I will eat here again.
