The outdoor patio is especially nice very private and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. A big shoutout to our server, Ingrid, who was fantastic. She was very attentive, explained the entire menu to us, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you stop by El Matador, I highly recommend asking for Ingrid, she’ll definitely make your dining experience even better.
The highlight of our evening was undoubtedly the food. I ordered paella, which was an absolute masterpiece – bursting with flavors, the rice perfectly cooked, and the medley of fresh seafood and aromatic spices created a delightful symphony on my taste buds.
My wife opted for the grouper dish, and it was equally impressive. The fish was cooked to perfection, tender and flaky, and the accompanying sauce was a harmonious blend of tangy and savory flavors. The presentation was impeccable as well.
To complete our culinary adventure, we indulged in the milk cake for dessert. Moist, creamy, and with the right amount of sweetness, it was the perfect ending to our meal.
Another thing worth mentioning is the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our evening was flawless. They were knowledgeable about the menu, provided excellent recommendations, and catered to our every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction.
If you’re seeking an authentic culinary journey through Spain and Latin America, look no further. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit.
have a lunch there, I saw the location and was thinking negative things and thoughts. In the end, I found my favorite restaurant, Excelente food
and service. I was back the same week with my crew, who love ot too. Great drinks, too.
Parking was ample, the restaurant was clean, and the friendly staff and service were impeccable.
The food was all incredible. I’m vegetarian, my wife is not. I had the Platano Relleno, then an avocado salad (huge) and I was already full, but I ordered my entree, El Matador Burrito veggie style, outstanding. My wife had the Ceviche Shrimp followed by Besito Salvadoreño cooked to perfection. We both had food to go.
We were both extremely satisfied with our food, the staff, and the menu. The bill was more than reasonable.
Totally worth the trip, and El Matador Restaurant is now on top of our favorites list.
