This is such a fantastic food truck. I had the quesadilla gobernadora and a shrimp taco. The taco was excellent and the quesadilla was “next level”. El Marisquero puts every other food truck and most restaurants to shame. Everything about it is tops; nice music selection , not just loud, great food presentation, water station for washing your hands after eating, very clean place. It’s now one of my favorites and definitely a place I highly recommend.

The fish tacos are out of this world. The ceviche was also delicious! I wish this place was closer to downtown, but also happy it’s not because I’d weight 700lbs.

I can’t give this truck enough credit. Absolutely delicious. This food truck is putting out ceviche, aguachile and other dishes on par with the best restaurants I’ve had here and in Mexico at a price that blows my mind, with quick friendly service

Not sure how consistent or new are the reviews but finally gave this place a try and was completely disappointed. We tried the green aguachiles and they tasted just like lemon and bottle green sauce. Nothing fresh. The shrimp were stale. It tasted like something you’ll buy from a superstore pre made that been sitting made for hours or days.
Not worth it. The fried tacos were a little better but disappointing on the Aguachiles.

This spot has hands down the best ceviche in ATX! The Baja shrimp tacos were absolutely delicious—super fresh and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the vibe was just right. Bonus: they make amazing micheladas, and you can BYOB! Definitely a hidden gem.

This place is AMAZING. Their attention to details are top notch, like the crunch of quesadillas de camaron that are soft and creamy inside make my mouth water every time I think of them, but probably my favorite dish is the gigantic tostada with fish, shrimp and octopus on top.
One of my favorite spots in Austin. Super high quality food and the friendliest service there is in town. I’m not a customer, I’m a fan of El Marisquero.

Tried El Marisquero Seafood for the first time and it did not disappoint. The ceviche was fresh, bright, and full of flavor. But the real standout was the pulpo: incredibly tender and soft with amazing seasoning. You can tell they know how to cook seafood right. We’ll be back soon!

Perfect spot to grab & go or sit outside to enjoy a nice bright cevichewith a breeze. I tried a couple different ceviches & the seafood tower. The homemade tostada was the PERFECT thickness to easily pickup and hold every bite of limey goodness. Pulpo is one of my favorite things to eat and El marisquero did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, cold, and tasty. I’ll definitely be going back. Parking can be tricky, depending on time of day, but I parked on the residential street and walked to the truck. No biggie and no problems.
