Very good food, satisfactory service. Guacamole was very good. Fajitas were delicious and filling. Just wish they had black beans! Rice was ok. Salad was field greens which I do not care for and very sweet mango vinaigrette; however, my mother loved it. BYOB

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Was seated immediately as we were told we could choose where to sit. Ordered a Chicken Tinga Lunch Special that came with rice and fried beans, chicken tortillas, and a Pina Coloado. The chicken was pulled perfectly and very tender. Easy to chew and flavorful, the rice was light and fluffy, and the beans were great and the Pina Coloda was amazing. The price is more than reasonable especially for the portion. My Chicken Tinga meal was only $13 and we were full the whole day just off of our lunch here. The inside is clean and quaint. The server was a nice young lady, well spoken, and great etiquette. If I had to pick anything to say about this place that I could change my 4 star to a 5 star review, it would be to the outside dining. I love how it feels homely like you’re in your backyard, but I would advise the owner to maybe put down some turf under the tables. There’s really no grass it’s more so just dirt. That could be a turn off if it’s a bit windy out. Overall, I will be coming back again. The food was excellent. Hope this review was fair enough for others to make a decision.

My rating is mainly for the food. This review is for our visit on Cinco de mayo which was chaos. I had a reservation and the hostess (Aurora) called to confirm my reservation at 11:35 AT NIGHT! Totally inappropriate. Parking lot was a disaster. We waited in line to check in for reservation for 30 min! Just to check in. The hostess, Aurora again, was a bit scattered. A member of the wait staff sat us (Davio) and he was phenomenal. Our waitress was also great. Food was decent but a little bland as others have said. I did like the shrimp fajitas though. Nachos with chicken were just ok.

We found a new spot in Voorhees! El Mariachi San Lucas. Tradition Mexican food but upscale on presentation and technics not price! Ingredients were so fresh bursting your taste buds. The Staff were very polite & accommodating.

I had such high hopes when we arrived. We had reservations at 7:00 and were seated at 7:20pm. Which was fine considering it was busy. We ordered 2 ceviche appetizers that were very good. It did take about 35 minutes for the apps to arrive to our table. After that the meal was downhill. All four of us said the food was extremely bland. Two of us had chicken enchiladas. The chicken tastes dry and had no seasoning what so ever on it. Not what you would expect from a authentic Mexican restaurant. We were told salad came with the meals. However our waitress said when asked she thought we would want them since the appetizers took so long to come out. The other two in our party said that both there tacos one shrimp and the other fish had no seasoning what so ever either. Unfortunately I am thinking this will be a one and done for us. With so many other amazing Mexican restaurants around.

We love it here! The steak tostados are delicious.. the dishes are prepared to not only taste amazing but the staff takes the time to present the dish beautifully. Shrimp ceviche was awesome.
