I stopped in to just have a drink with my guy and the lady at the front desk always seen to be unpleasant to most of the customers. No good customer service. We ordered drinks and chips… 1 Margarita…$16.00, 1 double shot of Titto’s… $18.00 on the rocks…with cranberry on the side 2 ounces small glass….$4 and 1 Miller Lite $4.59. Prices are WAY TO HIGH… who charges someone $4 bucks for 2 ounces of juice. My margarita was just handed to me without a straw or salt rimmed or lime… just sat it in front of me and walked away. We did asked her about the juice and the price and was told she do not set the prices. We did give a tip but I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EITHER. I will stay at home and cook my own food and make my own drinks and keep my money.

Today my husband and I dined in at the restaurant. As usual there is only one waitress waiting on the entire restaurant. We get our food and drinks in a timely matter, however the portions are significantly smaller than before. Also chips and salsa are no longer complementary when dining in. They will charge for it! The waitress does not return to refill drinks or ask if we want to order anything else. She drops the bill off and never returns due to a group sitting at the bar. We decide to walk the bill to the register after waiting 15 minutes. The waitress never asks how our dining experience was Or apologized for our long wait. She was not the best waitress. Also when I paid with my card my bill jumped up over $1 without notice. We took a long break from them due to their prices going up and service bring poor, however this last experience will be our final time visiting El Mariachi II

Used to order from this place all the time..but i stopped because i ordered a beef enchilada and it had a long piece of plastic inside the enchilada and when i called immediately to tell them about it the lady at the front did nothing she just kept asking what kind of plastic was it ..its sad because they know my face from how much i order with them i worked and lived off of ridge rd and patronized this place often..even had all my co-workers going over all the other restaurants in the area but not anymore..they also have delivery but never a delivery person.. no bueno..
