Simple and delicious Mexican fare, served quickly with pleasant staff. Mexican music and decor throughout. The menu is huge! And many clearly labeled vegetarian dishes. Portions are large, plan to share or take a box home. The elote was especially good. Wish we had room to try the deserts, will have to go back!

A great Mexican restaurant. It is probably my favorite in the area. Friendly staff, great service, and the food is well above the average for Mexican places around. I don’t think I’ve had anything that was not great. They also have a large menu with a lot of different items you don’t find everywhere. Plus a variety of hot sauces to choose from. Their serving sizes are generous, and cheese dips are huge.

Beef nachos barely had 1/4 cup beef and cheese. Vegetables grilled were good but guacamole isn’t homemade like I was told. Salsa definitely isn’t homemade. Restaurant needs to get hot water supplies in the bathrooms because this isn’t sanitary. In Georgia, restaurant bathroom handwashing sinks must provide tempered, potable water at a minimum temperature of 100°F (38°C). This temperature must be achieved using a mixing valve or combination faucet. The system must deliver hot water at an adequate flow to facilitate effective handwashing.

Very good Mexican food – better than some I’ve had in town. It definitely had a more authentic flavor. The salsa they serve at your table was tasty. Personally, I had the carne asada tacos and they came nicely dressed with half a lime, some sort of spicy sauce, rice, and refried beans. The staff checked on us on occasion and didn’t try to move us out when we were done eating so we were able to chat a bit longer. I look forward to bringing my husband back for dinner sometime.

Stopped here on the way back from Brasstown Bald. A little suspect of its authenticity when I first walked in but was committed to eat so we stuck it out. It was an off hour so there weren’t many customers in the place. The service was just so so and though everything was done correctly and the food came out astonishingly fast, I just felt we didn’t get much attention. Probably just me as I was irritated all day so I’m giving the server good marks. The food was really good. I have to say I had pretty low expectations being it a Mexican place in the hills of Georgia and all but I walked out of there with a whole different view. Nice job El Manzanillo!

Horrible Service. Waiter brought our ticket back to table waiter had a terrible attitude would not come back to table to ask if we needed anything. We sat the empty water glasses at the end of the table along with the empty chip basket. Waited on all the other tables was friendly to everyone else. When Checking out they ask how our service was. I told them. All the person checking out said was I’ll tell him. Will not be back. Food could have had a little more flavor.

I rarely give 5 stars, but I like everything about this restaurant. Easy location, lots of tables and outdoor seating as well. The wait staff is always right there with great service. Now, let’s talk food! Wow! Loved, loved the food. I have ate at every Mexican place in town and in Blue Ridge. This is the best of both towns. The guacamole isn’t just mashed avocados. It is more chunky with tomatoes, onions and cilantro. I had the El Manzanillo Pollo Special. It was perfectly cooked and simply amazing. The portions are large. The drinks are very large also, no need for a refill. Tuesday is taco for $1.00. A must try when in Blairsville. You’ll love it too!

Stopped for dinner, it was a Sunday night so no margaritas. I ordered my standard Texas fajitas. My girlfriend had the tacos. Service was good. Nice place, clean and festive atmosphere. Only 2 tortillas with my fajitas, typically you get at least 3. Plenty of fixings, including guacamole. Chicken and steak chopped up beyond recognition. Shrimp were good. I would go back again, if in the area
