We both chose combination meals. They were much more tasty and had more fillings than the other Mexican restaurant at Hilltop. Service was slow to begin with. We had to flag someone down. They have these margarita towers that are impressive.

We love this please. The food is fantastic and the margaritas are AMAZING. Staff is nice and not stingy with the chips and salsa refills. We do a ladies night once a month and this is always our place.

I went here with a party of 7 to celebrate my stepdaughter’s graduation. Lackluster service and my party (excluding my stepdaughter, who chose the place) shared that food wasn’t good. I don’t like Mexican food so tried to order a hamburger meal from the kids menu, as this was the only non-Mexican menu option. Even with my offering to pay extra for the item, they wouldn’t allow me to get this because I’m an adult. So, I was forced to sit there and eat nothing. I thought the inflexibility was ridiculous, but it aligned with the overall quality of service we received.

Kind of disappointed in the food. Looks good but totally lacking any real spiciness or flavor. The chips and “salsa” that was served was very bland. Salsa tasted more like pureed tomatoes

We went on a Friday and received great quick service with even better food. My lady ordered the steak fajitas and I ordered the chicken nachos and both were delicious licious. I also ordered a Cadillac margarita which was made with some great tequila, definitely recommend the Cadillac if you’re going to get a margarita.

I ordered a very large order for delivery. First of all, it was very poorly packaged. The containers were jostled and tiped over and a good amount of food leaked all over the bags. Also, I’m from Texas so I’ve been hesitant to eat Mexican food here…and I was right. It just was not good. The beans tasted like school cafeteria food. The seasonings were off such as with the chili relleno. The chips were stale. The rice was dry and flavorless. It was just really not good. I don’t know if it is because this is Missouri and I’m used to authentic Texas mex but I won’t be eating here again. It was an unfortunate experience.

The food was surprisingly extremely bland. If you pay more for a grilled meat (such as steak), they also fill it with beans so they don’t have to give you as much of it. The mixture of refried beans and steak does NOT taste good. Believe all the reviews. I wish I would have. Also, after all of the random fees for delivery, I paid $10 more. This was not worth it.
