Food was fine, but the pricing approach ruins the experience.
The front page of the menu explains that all listed prices include a cash discount and that debit/credit cards cost 3.95% more. While this is technically disclosed, the menu still shows only one price per item, which means customers are expected to mentally calculate the real cost while ordering.
I don’t want to do percentage math to order an $8 burrito. Legal or not, this feels like a workaround instead of straightforward pricing, and it’s not customer-friendly.

We come here often, the food is great as well as the service. Service can be a little slow when it gets busy but that’s to be expected anywhere. All the food we’ve had has been very good and the margaritas are tasty and on the strong side!

I really want to try some shrimp cocktail, the Mexican style and I have to say this is delicious with that. I had a Michelada and let me tell you it was amazing. The person who was attending my table was very fast and very nice and polite. We’ve been here before and it was not nice but today I got to say all that is gone. I’m happy I was here today. By the way, he also provide me with the Wi-Fi.

I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas with EXTRA cheese. Obviously they are folded in half(not cut or even tried to cut them) half of the fold was empty and only a small amount of I guess cheese ( it was cheese sause not actual cheese). I got enchiladas also with white sause asked for sour cream guacamole and salsa. No salsa!! 45$ for this?!! Never again!!! I took pics but can’t seem to upload them.

El Loro Mexican Restaurant was a wonderful experience for me and my family. The inside of the restaurant is clean, family friendly, and very festive and beautiful. We enjoyed our meal outside.
The complimentary chips and dips are average.
The pozole meal was very large and delicious.
The enchiladas verdes were so tasty and flavorful. The rice on the side was good. The little salad was good, yet I prefer a greener option than iceberg lettuce.
The cheese quesadillas are amazing! The chicken and cheese quesadilla was good. The burger and fries were great.
The servers were Fantastic! We were very pleased. We look forward to another meal together at El Loro Mexican Restaurant

Unfortunately ,the churros and jarritos that I ordered on 2/11/23 was not up to the standard el loro usually is at. I ordered verde enchiladas for my friend and rojo enchiladas con arroz for myself with a side of churros and pineapple jarritos. The enchiladas were good as always, however the jarritos were room temperature and the churros were still RAW! My friend and I tried reviving them by baking them in the oven for 15 minutes and they were still RAW. This is very unfortunate as I’ve always had a good experience up until this point.

Great food. Everything is fresh. Service is fast and very friendly. For lunch, it’s no more expensive than fast food, and you can’t beat that. I love this place
