El Lobo is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Mexican food in Duluth. The flavors are bold, fresh, and clearly made with care — you can taste the difference. Every dish we’ve tried has been delicious and full of real, traditional flavor. On top of that, the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine with great service, El Lobo is absolutely worth a visit. And try the sangria!

Great Mexican food for an absolute value! I got the mixed protein fajitas and they prepared it to perfection even with the true Smokey flavors of the grill. This will be our go to whenever we need yummy Mexican. We recommend to everyone! Hard to beat.

We decided to stop by on whim and man do I wish we had tried El Lobo sooner! I assumed this would have been more of a take out place but there was very comfortable seating – very clean and nice looking environment…. And the food? Amazing! I believe my wife and I discovered one of Duluth’s hidden gems! The rice btw was a little unlike othees but I’m a really good way – had a nice garlic flavor that hit home with me! Fresh food all the way around and the service was fantastic – it was a father and son team and felt welcome from the time we first sat down. Highly recommended!

As someone who has recently moved here from California, I have desperately been searching for good Mexican food without success. Tonight, I think I found my go-to place for great Mexican food! A casual family run restaurant with great food. Place is clean and the owners, Jesse and Enrique are so welcoming. We had the chunky guacamole, mixed fajitas and chicken and cheese enchiladas. All fantastic.

✨✨✨The food was absolutely delicious, it was authentic Mexican food. The best part was the taste/portion for the price amazingly plus you get the free Nachos. Would 100%recommend if you are looking for good Mexican food at an amazing price. Everything taste amazing I had the chalupa burrito and tostadas I like them so much and I was full :). Food was wonderful and delicious. One of the best Mexican food I have ever had. The prices are very economic and inexpensive. I have never seen such low prices for such good quality food. Best rice and beans I have ever had. Rice was so unique and delicious. The Service was impeccable. Jessie and Enrique was so nice, courteous, accommodating, and caring. Customer service was excellent and you don’t see that nowadays. The food and service definitely puts this restaurant as my number one place to go from now on. I read the previous review and honestly and couldn’t believe it. That’s not the experience that we had and we have now gone there two days in a row. We heard about this restaurant from a friend and I am so glad that I did. I love eating at Mexican restaurants, and this is now the main restaurant we will go to from now on.

This was my first time eating here yesterday. Upon doing a Google Search for the best Mexican Food in Duluth, GA. They had great reviews. So I decided to give them a try.
I moved here to the state of Georgia 4 years ago from Denver, Co where they have numerous good authentic Mexican Food Restaurants. In fact my best friend is from Mexico. So I know real authentic Mexican Food and when it is good or not or authentic in terms of flavor etc.
I have tried several different restaurants since moving here that had great reviews. But to my surprise and to my disappointment they were not good at all in my opinion and I was very shocked by their almost 5 star rating.
But in their defense. If they have never ever been exposed too or have eaten real authentic Mexican Food and aren’t acquainted with their flavors and spices. They may think thats what it taste like and believe it’s authentic when it is not at all.
Having said that. I almost gave up on my search of finding real authentic Mexican Food until I decided to do a new Google Search a year later.
And I came across this Restaurant which is 20 mins from my house. After reading several different customer reviews who stated that they made it their go to place once a week after trying their food for the first time.
Let me say this: Hands Down this is the best Mexican Food Restaurant that I have ever eaten at here in Georgia. It is Real Authentic Mexican Food.
Everything was Super Fresh and Homemade. They have the best chips and Salsa . The Best Burritos, Enchiladas, Tacos, and Chili Relleno. Without exaggeration. It was like Heaven in my mouth. ..lol .
It was absolutely delicious. The portions are huge. Everything is Super Fresh.I was shocked that the place wasn’t packed out. I had a opportunity to meet the owners the Wife Jessie and her husband Enrique.
The restaurant is fairly new and has only been opened for about 5 months. So that explains some of the reason and I also feel that it may be because of its location and lack of advertisement.
Having said let’s put them on the map and spread this by word of mouth. I pray that they never go out of business

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! If you’re looking for some authentic style Tex-mex food, go here. This hole in the wall, family owned restaurant opened very recently and totally underrated and unnoticed.
Wife and I went in for dinner, we ordered guacamole and asked for it to be chunky, they offer it as a creamy style as well, which came as sides with the Chimichangas and Carne Azada dinners we had. The steak was good, a bit on the well done side but still good! We got the chicken chimichangas which was cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and really tender and juicy shredded chicken inside.
The star of our dinner was the chunky Tex Mex Guacamole! My wife and I agreed that it was the best we’ve had and we’ve lived in Texas. The portion was really good size and made fresh to order. We didn’t think we’d eat everything but it was so good we had to keep on going.
We will be back very soon!
