I’m not going to lie, my decision for lunch today came down to chili cheese fries. I’ve been craving those like no other so you could imagine my excitement that somewhere nearby had some. And so you can also imagine my disappointment when they didn’t have any – and I was the first customer of the day. I arrived 10 minutes after they opened. So I was disappointed their menu didn’t reflect the no fries situation because speaking honestly, I wouldn’t have waited for them to open. I would have came back another day.
So with that said, I would make sure to arrive around 11 am or later. Because while they do “open” at 10:30, they are not ready to take orders – they are still setting up. So the weather being nice was much appreciated!
Pollo taco: 7/10 but with that green sauce 8/10 – the chicken was a bit tough and didn’t have very much flavor on its own
Carnitas taco: 8/10 I didn’t taste the raspberry chipotle sauce and that was sad so I ended up adding the other sauces
Green sauce: 10/10
Red sauce: 9/10 – this one has a kick to it so if you don’t like spice, leave this one closed
Elote: 6/10 I was so bummed because I love elotes but the tajin was very overwhelming and I just couldn’t enjoy it all
The service was average. They weren’t unkind but they weren’t friendly either. Catching them right as they were starting their day was probably annoying so I get it but it made this a tough experience.
If this was my only experience I would have rated them a 2, but years ago I went to their food truck when they were in a very different location and I’ve raved about them having the best tacos ever. Sooo I don’t want to kill that image for myself nor downplay my first experience, so I will give a 3.
And this location is at a corn maze so there’s no parking lot, but you can pull into the gravel and park there!

By far the tastiest tacos I’ve had in Colorado. Since moving from California I’ve been pretty disappointed with all the Mexican food out here, these beat the tacos in California.

nice people , food was quick to be made and it was restaurant worth food with real authentic flavor, definitely recommend stopping by and ordering and supporting them I got a taco and elote for only 10 which is solid vs where i come from and i love the taste of the chili pork fries very bussin and the green salsa that came with my taco alone is enough flavor for me to enjoy just for the side of refreshing the taste in my mouth. 10.1/10 review on my new fav vendor

May 10th 2025 was the day i made the horrible choice of going to this taco truck. Went and asked for tacos with no onion half of them had everything still on them and the other half was just meat no cheese lettuce nothing just meat . Then i also got a torta that was super small And also was supposed to be without onion and it still came with onion and bell peppers. And all these screw ups after she repeated my order back to me correct. Will not be going back and will tell everyone my experience with them. Amd the tacos are super expensive also it was 20 dollars more here then at most places that get the orders right and are better . And i was the only customer there so there was no excuse.

1st time customer. Husband and I stopped on a whim. We got 3 different kinds of tacos. All of them were awesome. Great salsas too! Will definitely stop again if we are on that side of town. If you are in the area and haven’t tried them, DO iT! They are amazing!

I ordered 4 carne asada tacos and an asada torta paid $27.00 and the meat in the tacos was dry and was not very much at all. At $3.25 per taco I’d expect to at least have a full taco. Very disappointed in their food. Will not be back unfortunately.

I never write reviews but I had to write one for this small business because I was so pleasantly surprised. This place is the best Mexican tacos I’ve found in CO!
I happened to be in town for the night for a work trip, and I decided to try this place out last night because I was craving some quick yummy food. After moving to CO from CA three years ago, I’ve only found myself being disappointed by Mexican food in CO. It always feels like Mexican food in CO is either tex-mex or Mexican food for people who’ve never had the real thing before. I was a little reluctant to try this spot because there seemed to be no one else there and because it was rainy and dark out.
I ended up ordering the Elote, one carnitas taco, one carne asada taco, one quesibirria taco, and an horchata. The meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection, the quesibirria was making my mouth water it was so good, and the Elote was a taste of my Los Angeles roots. I am going back today before leaving town because I don’t know when I’ll get to eat tacos this good again. Thank you so much!

Incredible tacos and quesadillas! Very flavorful. I got three tacos and I’m regretting I didn’t get 4. Husband got a quesadilla and was impressed. We will definitely be going back soon and bringing out friends!
