Hands down the best fajitas I have had. We ordered a SINGLE serving to share and after 4 corn tortillas (2 each ) I put some food on my plate in front of me to eat without tortillas and look at how much was still on the serving plate. Super friendly service, food was great. We will be back.

This place is a little surprise. The food is actually quite good and not your typical boat dock food.
The first thing you’ll notice is the menu is Cheesecake Factory size. There are a lot of choices…not sure I’ve ever seen so many at a Mexican restaurant. All four dishes my party had were well received and everyone said they’d come back. If there was one a weak spot, Id say the chips and salsa need to be updated/changed. But they were free, so I cant really complain there!
If you’re in the area and like Mexican food, I’d say El Lago worth a try. Great setting, good food, the service was fantastic, just a really strange location! But the folks using Center Hill Marina have to be thrilled. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

Terrific experience . Had an amazing waiter Jose who was on top of everything. Food was the best Mexican I have had here in TN in a year! Hot, fresh, flavorful. Portions are great! Chip’s and salsa were fabulous and tasty. Restaurant was clean , oh and beers are icy cold❤️. Don’t miss this lil jewel

Totally delicious!! Get their chorizo queso, any of their tacos (all are so good), salsa (it’s amazing), margaritas and beer (yummy!); plus, the staff is the best. They are so thoughtful, helpful and kind. One of my favorite places!! Also their combo plates are awesome too.

Sweet baby Jesus, you gotta try this place. Every damn thing on the menu is delicious, but the shrimp tacos gubanator, carne asada, mocajete, and house made guacamole are exceptional! Their drinks are thoroughly good and the service is tremendous.

A great spot for lunch or dinner, this restaurant has some beautiful views and great atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and the portion sizes are great. The only thing I didn’t like is that the food seemed a bit generic to Mexican restaurants, what I mean to say is that the plate served is the exact same as you’d find in any chain restaurant, there doesn’t seem to be a personal / individual touch to the food. Having said that, I enjoyed myself and would definitely come back again.
