This a place located behind a little motel on SOBT. It is set up like a food truck area on about 3/4 of an acre with 3 other trucks. One sells ice cream stuff another does pinchos and the other fried rice. There is a common covered seating area under roof and several other single seats set up throughout the property. I ordered a chicken with arroz con gandules meal. The chicken was good well seasoned, decent portion and had a slight taste of charcoal cooking. The arroz con gandules was about a 7 from my taste. It tasted a little different than others I have had before. I also ordered a pork and arroz con gandules meal. The pork had decent flavor but was salted a little bit too much on the outside in multiple spots. I was disappointed on the portion size of the pork it did not really have a lot of meat and I also got alot of the cartilage bones. There was not alot of fat in the portion which is ok with me. The arroz con gandules was the same as the other meal. Menu options are somewhat limited. Pricking for each meal was $14 but would have liked it it would have had another side even if small for that price. I also tried the pinchos truck. I got a lunch of 2 pinchos, bread and 2 mofongo balls for $12. I got 1 chicken and 1 pork pinchos. They were both dry almost like it had been left overs. The flavor mix is a bit too much with having powdered condiments with barbecue sauce on top. Sometimes you are better off just doing the condiments only and if doing bbq just very little salt and or pepper. Ultimately the area is clean seems to have plenty of outdoor space. The folks at both locations were very nice but I would suggest not going early specially shortly after they open so you’re likely to get a better meat experience from both places.

Hello: Wow, it’s so welcoming that I felt like I was in Puerto Rico, like when my father had his lechonera (roasted pig stand) in the Jaguar neighborhood of San Lorenzo. You’d walk past the grill and he’d offer you some crispy pork skin and talk to you and ask you how it tasted. That’s how I felt, right at home. Thank you for your hospitality, it’s a family atmosphere. For me, it just needs more parking, so go early to avoid the line, haha. Thank you.

Wow! What a beautiful and clean restaurant and location to eat in at CentroVilla25!
I was there with a few family members for Christmas Eve and the food was perfect! I have to compliment the excellent customer service and the server coming out to check on us while we were eating, and because she checked on us we bought more thirst quenchers, 2 delicious Pina Coladas and a couple of soft drinks! Thanks for the great service! The owners were superb too!
Thanks again!
