Horrible service. I ordered a burrito with no cheese due to an allergy. I repeated it several times. I got my order and it came with cheese. I called and they blamed it on me saying it came with cheese, I wasn’t advised this. They refused to offer a refund or make a burrito based on my order.
I’ve been a long time customer in Le Roy, since they’ve opened. I’m not going back due to the absolutely poor customer service from a mistake on their end.

Great new Mexican restaurant in town (since summer). They’ve done a great job making the place look really good. The food is awesome. Great flavors and everything is very fresh. All of the staff are super friendly and the service is great. Welcome to Leroy, I for one am glad you’re here.

Decided to try this place and I really wish I didn’t! Its not worth 1 star but I had to choose something! Yes it was Fall Festival and figured they would be busy. No issues. That being said I didnt expect to see ONLY 2 waiters and one unfriendly hostess! We waited a few minutes before they took our order again i understand they were busy. Food comes and after 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention I went up to the bar to get silverwear to eat with! We didnt get the food we ordered could never get a waiter or the hostess to acknowledge us so we ate what was brought. Not once did someone come by to ask if we needed anything! Drinks were empty no offer of a refill. We asked for our check and it took another 15 minutes for us to get that! Our server rang us out asked how it was, my husband preceded to tell him. The waiters response.. You didn’t tell me! Really???!! We tried getting attention of anyone that was on the floor! Never Again! The food wasn’t that great! I will go elsewhere for mexican!! Should have just ate a corn dog at the festival it would have been better!

Dishes taste wonderful, especially the fajitas. Margaritas are fine and there’s a good selection, but the other cocktails really shine, especially the mojito and paloma, which is especially impressive considering the fairly limited and thrifty selection of liquors save for some high-end tequila. Should receive much more business than it does.

We’re from south Texas and we understand, we were not going to get real Mexican food that we are a custom to do . It was wasn’t bad just bland no flavor really but with that being said at least they tried you know. But inside the place was extremely too hot way too hot cannot enjoy a dinner when you have sweat running off of your forehead.

Love this place. Nice and quaint, where the food is always good. I have not had a dish yet that has not been excellent, and the price is right as well. One of our favorite places to eat.

Had some issues here but overall the food is pretty good. Main issue was the chips and salsa. The salsas are not spicey at all and when I asked for a spicier salsa, they said they didnt have a spicey salsa. When I asked for hot sauce, even a bottle of it, they said they didnt have any. I looked over at the bar and there was clearly a bottle of Cholula hot sauce (one of my favorites) sitting on the bar. 30 years going to Mexican restaurants and I’ve never had one tell me “we dont have bottles of hot sauce”. That’s like a Chinese joint saying “we don’t have soy sauce”. C’mon guys, this is basic. People love to put hot sauce on chips. Is this your first rodeo? Gotta say though, the food is very tasty and I will go back. Secondary issue is that it was very cold outside and the restaurant gets quite drafty if the front door is opened.

Owner is the most heartless human there could be. For his own controlling needs keeping his children that he “cares so much” about from the only family they have ever known for no reason at all I raised these beautiful children and he did the bare minimum and just making long term emotional damage to these kids. Won’t let them talk to me because they call me and my husband mom and dad because that’s all they knew they have several other sisters as well that they now do not get to even talk to. I don’t recommend this establishment unless you support these kind of “people”
