Really great food, everything tastes delicious!
The only thing I did not like food wise was the mole they put over the combo as chocolate in it and I’m not a big fan of chocolate and I tasted the cocoa I thought I was nasty that was inside the mole I don’t know where that chocolate taste was coming from.
The house margaritas are nice, and the only other thing I would say that was disgusting was the bathroom it smells like somebody died in there something’s going on with their drains.

Food was delicious. Huge portions and very unique flavor. Nothing was dull. Even the rice and beans had really good spices. We have had a hard time finding a place that beats Los Dos, but this may just be it. I had the chicken/beef fajita chimichanga. Stuffed full of delicious meet and sautéed veggies. My wife had El Karajo especial. Very tender pork chops and steak. Great sliced potatoes.
Their green chili is very very good.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in Colorado! Loved the hot sauce with cilantro! The rice, beans and enchiladas were so freaking good! We loved the atmosphere, and paintings.

Used to go to the original (is it actually??) location off Quebec for both lunch and dinner. Was super excited to see the new location open even closer to my house. I’m a los dos fan, don’t get me wrong but man I’m so tired of the long waits and no proper bar or outdoor seating. El Karajo has a great bar and fun bartenders, shoutout Israel, who make very effective margaritas. My favorite dish is the El Pastor plate. I haven’t seen this at a lot of places and is just straight up great pastor with all the fixings. Have spent some afternoons on the patio as well so can attest it’s a great spot to chill and down a few. My fav spot is the corner of the bar but have also sat in the dining room which is also solid. Def our new weekly spot!

Yay, found my new favorite Mexican restaurant!! Had the taco stand and got to choose 4 from a list. Delicious! My husband chose crispy chicken rellenos. He loved them. Great margheritas!

We had lunch here today and I was very impressed with the entire experience. Staff was very friendly and we experienced excellent service. The chips are so tasty and all of our food was delicious! You will also love the fun artwork and overall decor as you dine. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Maybe the blandest Mexican food I’ve ever encountered in years of eating in CO and NM. Ordered 4 different tacos, one tasted like it had been doused in watered-down ketchup . Overall completely unremarkable, almost offensively unflavorful. Chips were ok, salsa very watered down but not bad-tasting. Would not go back, waste of money.

My favorite item is the adobada, pork slow cooked in guajillo sauce. It’s bold and flavorful with a nice amount of heat.
