Our first visit. We had chicken mole enchiladas and birria tacos. Both were delicious . The mole has a good flavor and a little sweet. The birria tacos were moist and filled. Served with consomé, sauce, cilantro and onions .

Terrible service!!! I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. It said it comes with Sour Cream and Guacamole. I got just the Quesadilla on the plate. When I asked about it, he brought some finally. When I got the bill…he charged me Extra for the Sour cream and Guacamole. Make sure you let the server know it comes with the meal. I should not pay extra for a side listed that it comes with the main item. Definitely NOT going back!!!

I stopped by here for some dinner for the first time. This restaurant opened up recently, and we have been waiting to try their food for a while now.
We’ll tonight we had such a great experience. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
As soon as we came in, we were greeted and sat down right away. Our server dropped off complimentary chips and salsa and took our orders. The service from our service was very good.
Tonight, we tried their:

Loaded nachos
Main meal:
pulled pork pastor tacos
shrimp Chimichangas
Everything was delicious!
The service was friendly and inviting! Adequate parking spots out front as well.
We really appreciate how well kept this restaurant is. The outside was very well kept. The inside they have it decorated, so nice makes you feel like you are eating at home.
El Jinete is doing such a great job. We are looking forward to our next visit to trying something else on their menu if we are ever in the area again.
Definitely give this restaurant a try. Hopefully, you have the same enjoyable experience as we did.

FOOD:
The food was amazing. The salsa is made in house and is delicious, loads of flavor with a slight kick. The guacamole was also really good, and fresh made. The entres were over the top good. Absolutely worth every penny, and every minute we waited.
SERVICE:
They were extremely busy, so initially our wait was a bit long. Our original server ignored us after getting our drinks, but we flagged down another server (Michelle) and she was great. Our 2nd server was attentive, friendly, and efficient. She was even thoughtful enough to bring out our toddler’s meal first without needing to be asked. Michelle saved our night – gracias Michelle!!!
ATMOSPHERE:
The esthetic is catering to a younger crowd, but we still enjoyed the look. Our son loved the iguana painted on the wall and the bull in the front. We were taken completely by surprise when, as we were nearing time to leave, the lights cut off for half of the room. Without any announcement loud music began playing and a illuminated dancer came out. At first we were a little sketched out but it ended up being a fun and quirky highlight. Our toddler was confused, until he loved it. We asked and were told the dancing only happens on weekends, and is done twice – during the dinner hours.
OVERALL:
We really enjoyed the food and are definitely coming back. I highly recommend giving the place a try. If it’s that good on the weekend during dinner rush, I can only imagine they’re great during the weekday and earlier hours as well. Give them a try, we came on a whim and we will be repeat customers now.

We’ve been wanting to try the new location ever since they opened and today we finally visited. We had the pleasure of being served by Bridgette, she was attentive and extremely courteous. We had fajita taco salad with steak, shrimp tacos and #1 combo plate and our little one had the chicken fingers with fries and to add to our afternoon delight we enjoyed a mango margarita. The lighting is perfect and the music is at the right volume and the seating is very comfortable. Everything tasted delicious, the drinks were fresh and the margarita was icing on the cake. Bridgette was a great server and we will be back! Great first visit!!!

We love El Jinete my husband eat there at least once a week. Everything we have had to eat there is good, my favorite is their Hawaiian burrito. The staff there are always friendly and give us superb service. Benjamin the manager always makes sure everything is running smoothly and Juquin one of the waiters is the best he has our drinks to us as soon as we are seated. I highly recommend 10 out of 10 food and service.
