Everything was so good. Waitress was on shift alone and doing a good job. My dining partner had one complaint…no grated cheese with our beef/chicken fijatas. Will ask about that before ordering again. Both meats were well seasoned and tender. Nice portions of grilled onions and peppers. Our first visit.

Clean establishment, friendly helpful staff, fresh chips and salsa and available seating in a timely manner. After ordering food we did not wait long for hot fresh food. It definitely feels like you are in a Mexican restaurant which is great! I had the burrito loco which was a good size and the steak in it was delicious. I was with my 15 year old son and friends. Everybody enjoyed their food as well. My friends recommended this place and I see why. No complaints and thank you for your service.

They have the best guacamole in Shreveport, also Nicole is an awesome server, and she’ll even make your mixed drinks, and is amazing at it. The food is competitively priced, and so yummy. The portions are adequate for the price, which is a delightful change from their competitors. I encourage everyone that enjoys Mexican cuisine to give El Jimador a chance. Muy Bien!

Stopped for lunch before a flight back to KC, we ordered the grande burrito thinking it’d be an average size based on other restaurants that we’ve ordered underwhelming grande burritos, we were shocked when we saw it coming out on the plate, it was huge. We were not disappointed, the queso on top was a great addition. The chips and salsa was bottomless and had a great flavor. Our server was very friendly, kept out drinks, chips and salsa full. We’re definitely glad we stopped in and will be back if we’re ever in Shreveport.

This was my first time to try this place. Service was prompt, staff were very polite. Our waitress was quick and kept our drinks full. I ordered the chicken tapatio and it was really good. We also ordered the street tacos. Very good. And finally the steak burrito, also very good. The environment was very comfortable. Not too hot or cold. The restrooms were hot, but fine by me. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Food is soo good.
