Great place for a late night dinner. Fabulous service from Ramiro – despite his multi job tasks (host, bartender, and server). The birria tacos were fire , but my husband’s enchiladas weren’t in a traditional corn tortilla. (Tasted more like tamale masa shell). The rice and beans needed more attention as they were cold and bland. Overall 2 for food 5 for service and 4 for atmosphere….

i absolutely love el jimador it is my favorite mexican spot! the food is so good and so are the drinks. truly the only issue i’ve had is the pricing. my boyfriend and i went in for what we thought would be happy hour but we received $150 bill and were super disappointed to find out the 4 drinks we had ordered were not included on happy hour (it just says happy hour everyday 3-6 on their menu so no one mentioned what was or wasn’t included). i later did the math of all the items we purchased and came out to a total of $104 so i’m not sure where the additional $45 they charged us came from unfortunately. next time i will be sure to ask what the happy hour includes and what the discount is.

Absolutely loved it. The pork mole was tremendous along with the homemade guacamole. The margaritas, not sure I have ever seen a better selection of margaritas/ tequila.
The server was outstanding and worked well with our larger group. The cucumber salad that was with the chips and beans was quietly delicious.
If I’m back in Denevr, we will head back!

This is quite potentially my favorite spot we have stopped in at Colorado. Lovey food. Lovey people and great service. If you want a great meal this will not disappoint. And look at the size of my tortilla soup! It’s amazing!!!

First time visiting this restaurant. The hostess did not let us know about the lunch menu in the back of the menu or if we have ever been there before. Our waiter let us know this. We ordered the taquitos lunch and the huevos rancheros plate for lunch. The taquitos were not taquitos. Taquitos are rolled. These were 2 small burritos cut into 4 pieces each burrito. Looked and tasted like frozen burritos microwaved and cut. The huevos ranchero eggs had a black burnt bottom as if the pan they cooked them in was not cleaned off.
The restaurant itself was old & musty. We sat in the booth, and the fabric had a nas ty smell to them. The parking lot is very old, not kept up and uneven. It’s very hard to see any parking lines. This place is not handicap accessible nor are there any handicap parking or signs. Needless to say, we will not be back.

This is some of the yummiest tortilla soup I’ve ever had. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s clean and they have festive music playing. The decor is very welcoming too! My husband and I love this place. It’s one of our favorite spots. He’s addicted to the gordo burrito.

I’ve honestly not had a bad experience here YET! And we are regulars since it’s up the street from us. I couldn’t be happier this is our local Mexican spot, we get the fajitas for 2 most the time but before we started doing that we had many other dishes just as good! The service is always welcoming and quick and it’s always clean and cozy. On cold days they serve chips, salsa and one of the yummiest soups I’ve had with lentils, carrots celery onions and other seasonings. Such a nice touch! Keep up the awesome work.

This place is always pretty good but message to the staff, please stop experimenting . Last time we were here we got the sopapillas and it was like a big brick of bread covered in honey, it was so hard to eat. Today we decided to stick to what we know is good, the churros; you guys decided to cover them in a disgusting pink sauce that just ruined it for us. Also the flan isnt soft its got a weird texture, still the best dessert though.Besides that very good place! Just be safe when ordering dessert I guess

We had the sweetest waitress, but the restaurant smelled like sewer as soon as we walked in. We felt hesitant to eat, but we had already ordered. The music was fun and environmental to the restaurant, but too loud. If we would ever go back to the Denver area, we would not go back.
