The food comes out hot and fresh the salsa is good and the chips on the table are fresh. The service is lacking, the waitress came took our order and never came back until she was ready to deliver the bill. The food was brought out by a runner and we had to flag someone down if we needed something. No one even bothered to check on water refills, went the whole meal with nothing to drink as it wasn’t with having to keep flagging someone down to help.

Stopped in on a Monday and had a disappointing experience with our server. She seemed very young and came across as rude and uninterested in helping us. Simple questions about the menu were met with short or annoyed responses. Unfortunately it made the visit uncomfortable. Hoping the service improves because the restaurant itself seemed nice.

Went in for take-out. I was surprised to see a nice sit-down atmosphere with a full bar, and tables, nice decorations and a separate dining room too. They were willing to give me take-out and said I could sit in an empty table and wait. My male server promptly took our order and we were also checked on to see if anyone helped us – which we were already helped but it was nice that they checked. We did not wait long and our order was packed really nice and we were both very pleased with our dishes when we got home and will definitely return.

We frequent this location because of the consistent service and food. We decided to host a family party and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They had the party set up in the private room and were ready to wait on us, everyone was happy, and we never felt rushed. Prices are very fair. Would highly recommend.

My 5 year old says “this jimador is the best restaurant EVERRRR” and we must agree it is by far our favorite spot to eat in cedar lake. They have amazing staff and great food, servings sizes are great and the price is amazing as well. 10/10 every time we love this place.

Absolutely fantastic! We were in Cedar Lake for the weekend and we went Friday, Saturday and we plan to go today, Sunday before we leave! Food was great and so was the staff. Margaritas were the best I have ever had! All ran and owned by a family. Keep up the good job!

Do not recommend. Seated for 20 minutes without order being taken. Service was awful. When I went to pay because I was tired of waiting the lady in charge did not care. Spend your time and $ elsewhere. Headed to Taco Bell.
