Not a bad, Chipotle style Mexican restaurant. I had a Steak Mexican Bowl. The portion was enormous. There were plenty of fresh ingredients to choose from, including corn, jalepeno peppers, cheese, black beans, rice, and lettuce. Unfortunately, the steak was dry and tasteless. The order came quickly, and the service was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and spacious. A very good, but not great place for Mexican food.

How? Why? It had so much promise! Then I realized it’s customer base are just white college kids from Pennsylvania and realized the food I was getting had been essentially dumbed down to fit the tastes of kids who have never had authentic Mexican food. Everything looked so right! Hell, it even smelled right but the food was just devoid of flavor. Very disappointing.

I frequented here a few times since I go to school in the area. Today the female worker was very rude when making my food. She first slammed my tortillas shells down on the counter then when I asked for extra cheese she rolled her eyes and huffed. I immediately told her never mind on the order as I like my food made with love. The young man who also works behind the counter is always friendly and accommodating I wish he had made my food today. Not that it means much in the grand scheme of things but she has cost them a customer.

First time here and it did not disappoint! Got the set of 3 tacos that included Al Pastor, Carnitas and chorizo. I personally liked the Chorizo the best, but all were delicious. You could taste the freshness of all the ingredients, especially the tortillas. Can’t wait to come back and try out the rest of the menu.

Ordered delivery via Doordash. My tacos were a bit watery and soggy, but I couldn’t take any points off, they were just so tasty. My wife liked the salsa more than me (it tasted a bit too much like cumin, which I don’t like). The salsa was tiny, in a 4 ounce to-go cup, and we ordered a large, so I have to think this was a mistake.
