HORRIBLE!! I order from this spot a lot and never had an issue with my orders. Unfortunately TODAY I recieved the worst burrito ever. Missing ALMOST ALL MY TOPPINGS AND MEAT! I am missing chicken, refried beans, queso sauce, regular cheese, fajita veggies, jefes super hot sauce, sour cream from both of my burritos. I did not receive 1 of my jefes super hot sauce and 1 of my green salsa that I requested on the side. I didn’t receive my mandarin Jarrito. For some odd reason I received salsa for chips but couldn’t receive the salsas I asked for ? I am outraged and very disappointed. Absolutely Disgusting! burrito arrived cold and I placed my order on 2/27/26 at 1:30am. This spot doesn’t close until 4am. Why was my order completely ruined ?? I called and left a voicemail and will be calling again in the morning. Whoever your staff is that is working this shift is the reason this establishment is receiving the poor and horrible reviews!

The Mexican woman working there is amazing — she works fast, is very attentive, and clearly cares about the customers. Her service is always excellent.
However, some of the other employees are not performing well. They seem uninterested, slow, and not focused on customer service. It feels like they don’t pay attention to what’s happening, which affects the experience a lot.
Management should make sure all employees meet the same standard as the ones who actually care about their job.

Used to really like this place but got a quesadilla yesterday and bit into it to find a latex glove cooked into my food. This is extremely unsanitary and unsafe, and shows extreme carelessness by the employees. I tried reaching out via phone call only to be stuck in an endless loop that doesn’t actually put you through to the store, and I left a message for the manager with no response. I’m extremely disappointed as this was once a campus favorite of mine, but I will not be returning.

El Jefe’s is a staple of Signal Security during our overnight patrol stops. Myself and several other of our guards make it a point to come eat at the location or get our food to go. Not a single time has it been a bad experience.

I’ve received an sms on my phone that says “ Loved your order? Help others discover us by leaving a Google review. Just takes a moment!”. So let’s get started. I made an order for a Burrito through your phone app and I thought it was going to be fine like everytime. HOWEVER, the order that I received was cold, and wasn’t wrapped at all!!!! It looked like that the person who made it put everything all together and just put it in the bag. Even the aluminium foil that was supposed to protect the food wasn’t wrapped. If you guys don’t appreciate the word “customer” please tell me so I don’t order from you again!!!!! I couldn’t even complete eating the food because everything was out of the burrito wrap. You’ll find some pictures in regards to what I just said. I’m not quite what happened, but it’s either that you guys just want money and don’t care about service, or it’s just that the person who made my order hate his/her life so much. I’ve sent a complaint email but no response.

Asked the guy taking the order if he speaked spanish, he was exasperated or annoyed by this, his attitude could’ve been better.
The food was okay, the chimichangas were drowned in queso sauce which is not really a problem except the plates were paper/fiber bowls so you better eat fast if your order has anything liquid.
