Saw El Jefe’s through FB and went to their Chanhassen location. We were so impressed by how much meat is in the tacos. The elote was amazing and seasoned perfectly. You can tell El Jefe makes it all fresh and with love. Best tacos and elotes i’ve had in a while. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Met this guy yesterday by calling in apple maps but his location is wrong for now until it updates so we texted & gave me the new location, so I went & the Torta he made for my girl was insanely good. My nachos were buss. Keep in mind my girl only eats chicken meat & removes tomato & avocado so I never like it but this shit was good. He even gave me free corn!!! If you’re looking for real authentic Mexican food, this guy is the one. We called for 29 minutes about business & random shit & wanted my feedback on food. Food was so good I didn’t even Leave the gas station to eat. I stayed in the vehicle & ate it all . PLEASE SUPPORT HIS BUSINESS HE TOLD ME HE MAKES HIS FOOD WITH LOVE & AFTER TRYING IT OUT 1ST TIME I HAVE TO AGREE.

This truck was conveniently located outside a store I stopped at and served the most amazing taco truck bites I’ve had in a while. We got there right at open and ordered chicken tacos, steak tacos (pictured) and a pork quesadilla. We were not disappointed at all and the quesadilla was one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. Being 8 months pregnant and craving tacos has had us visiting many taco trucks these last few months to satisfy cravings but this is by far my favorite we’ve stopped at. The quality, the flavor, and the value were all top notch. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were truly great at customer service.

Stopped in to get fountain drinks, and decided to try them out. Pleasantly surprised, two tacos rice and beans for a good price. Went back the next day for more, planning to visit again and try the pozole. Definitely recommend.

Some of the best Mexican food I have had in Minnesota. Owner is extremely nice. The customer is GREAT. I am a picky eater and he had no problem accommodating. I had to come back the next day to try the other items and bring all the family with.
