I’m honestly sad we haven’t tried El Jefe much sooner than today! It was 10/10 spot on. We ordered the Birria quesatacos, carne asada tacos, birria torta and chips and cheese. All worthy. Delicious, not too greasy and the salsas were perfect as well! Customer service was fantastic (she helped us order her favorites since it was our first time) and the food came out quickly. The only negative is the location but that doesn’t reflect the food or the service! We will definitely be back over and over again!

This is my family’s all time favorite food truck. We come here quite often. The food is delicious and the meat is cooked perfectly. It’s true authentic Mexican food. We are from California and sometimes the authenticity of Mexican food out here lacks. But not here!! We highly recommend you try it! Also the Frescas are delicious!! You must try it!! Also, the customer service is fantastic. One time they made a mistake on our order and forgot something, we called and they immediately corrected it. They let us keep the extra burrito we had ordered, gave us an extra drink for coming back and made us a new burrito.
