Ordered a Beef burrito and got hamburger , Beef means shredded Beef , Mexican rice was rice cooked in tomato sauce , very bland , no veggies or cilantro , no flavor . Ordered a chicken Taco , I got boiled chicken with lettuce on a soft flour tortilla , Taco is a corn tortilla that’s crispy with cheese and salsa . My tab was slow to arrive and slow to process . We happened to stop in Wauseon for the night. The hotel suggested El Jarro stating that we wouldn’t be disappointed. She was right ~ our meals were OUTSTANDING!!! My husband had the shrimp chimichunga and I had the taco salad with the table-side handmade guacamole. We can’t speak highly enough about the food and the warm and friendly service. We HIGHLY recommend El Jarro!

An amazing restraunt to go to!! The staff is super friendly even on a super busy afternoon. The food was way worth it. I think this will be the only restraunt i go to for a while! The prices were great as well. Try the steak fries when you come you will not regret it!!!

Just opened. Very delicious food. We did not get served for 30 minutes after we were seated, but that is understandable since they just opened.
Edit 4/7/24: Now that this place has been open awhile and has worked out all of the kinks, it is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The carne asada tacos are amazing.
