Excellent food with quick service. Ducked off I-20 at Exit 114 in Monroe looking for something good but quick. Spotted this place. We were very pleased. I had my usual cheese enchilada lunch and hubby had tacos al carbon. He said they were the best he had had in years. Food was served hot on warm plates and had good flavor and seasoning. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced.

I loveee their food but one thing that kills a business for me is customer service. I’m trying to place a to go order and the man who answered the phone sounded like he doesn’t want to be there. Dry and rude. Didn’t tell me my total, I had to ask. Didn’t repeat my order. Just asked “is that it” instead of “anything else I can get you” And then when I asked for a modification on my order, he’s gonna huff and puff and say “uhh” I just sent it to the kitchen. So I canceled my order and hung up. As a business when you Rely on customers to fund your business the least you could do is have good customer service even if you have to fake it.
As someone who has worked in the service industry, You don’t submit an order until the customer is done and I repeatedly had to tell him give me one second because he kept rushing me while I was trying to order and look over the menu. I will never go to this location again.

9-13-19 Friday night. I have been to this place in the past. I had no complaints before now after a year later I returned today to try them again. The service was good. I let the waiter pick my food for me tonight . The food was also good. He made a good decision. The location was clean. Overall I had a decent experience and I would return to this location in the future. Good job
