This establishment was having some good food. But tonight the food was subpar light and tge service was poor. We had reservations at 615 for 20 people they sat us down at 730pm.
Took forever to get food and they were serving others who came in after us first. Manager on duty kept saying this is how the portions are served but said yes I see you have way more vegetables than meat. I’ll get u some more steak. It was not a good experience tonight not sure well be back..

Really authentic Mexican food. The French toast is unexpectedly delicious! The posole was also really tasty. My only issue regarding the food is that the medium green chili is actually hot: too hot for me, who enjoys really spicy food. The prices are on par with less quality Mexican restaurants and the portions are big so it’s overall a good value.

I ordered asada, shrimp tacos along with a seafood enchilada with green sauce and two margaritas for $85. I would recommend enchiladas from the menu that was my favorite. The asada was tough and the shrimp had no seasoning. The service was great and you can’t go wrong with the chips and salsa and a margarita

Nice big mexican restaurant.. lots people fancy Mexican feel… service was good fast serve… Nice look people well mannered…. food taste like rubber shoes we both ordered carne asada plate .. was very low quality meat and ingredients… more like tex mex taco bell type food ..not tasty at all and over priced … will not come again … it looked very nice when serviced but lacked taste and authenticity

This is hands-down, the best Mexican restaurant in Colorado! I can tell you right now. I understand why it is a 10 time winner as Denver‘s a list best Mexican restaurant! I had the fajitas which were sensational. My husband had the smothered fajita burrito supreme, which was absolutely fabulous! We have been regulars here for years and service, atmosphere, and of course the food are all ranked higher than five stars! It’s a must stop!

I love to travel and try food in different places. This place, hands down, had some of the best Carnitas I have ever had. Everything we had was delicious. Cute atmosphere and every employee was friendly and our service was great. Parking is a little tight, so be cautious if you have a bigger vehicle.

Honestly, and I don’t say this lightly, top 5 Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in my recent memory. The rice and refried beans can go with anything and it’ll feel so authentic like an abuela made it for the weekend cookout. So far been here twice in a week ordering the same fajita supreme burrito and they were both incredible. Can’t wait to go back to try more of the menu. Margaritas are also huge and delicious. Fresh lime juice ties it all together.

A commerce City/derby legend foods great, it’s Colorado Mexican, which is different than other regional Mexican cuisine. Green chili is the best, but think thicker, tomato, pork, hatch green chili stew. Other dishes will be familiar, but with CO twist, if your from her you know, if not some things may seem different. If you’re not sure what to get go with the daily special and compliment it with the special margarita. They’re all good, but my favorite is the mojito they make the best.
