Don’t know what this is. Ordered a basic beans and cheese side.
Looks like they poored milk over a raw can of pinto beans.
But. WOW… after adding the side of ground beef and avocado, it tasted Soo good.

This is the best authentic Mexican restaurant you will find in Nashville Tennessee. The food is very fresh and tastes beyond amazing. I highly recommended trying the fajitas here, as they come out sizzling and steamy fresh out to you! The Long Island Iced Tea’s here are also amazing, as well as their margaritas. Big shoutout to Cesar as well for the amazing customer service! I’ve tried lots of Mexican restaurants around Nashville, and this is by far my favorite. The atmosphere and the vibes are excellent, 10/10!

Had a stop over and found this restaurant right opposite to the hotel. Looking at the reviews thought of giving it a shot and it didn’t disappoint me. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great authentic Mexican food. It also has a nice bar. Not pricey, must try.

I’ve really had a great experience here and let me tell you why. Despite language barrier, the staff was so friendly and there were no issues with our orders. The chips were hot and fresh and the salsa was fantastic! Little chunky, good consistency, and little spice for extra flavor, you don’t need to order a spicy salsa. It’s on point Our food came out fast, hot, and fresh! My favorite part, frozen mugs with every beer order!

On a road trip and took an alternative route. Found myself at the hotel across the street. The hotel receptionist said , “you’re are from Texas, you will like the Mexican food across the street like all the other white people” Dammit, yeah I did!! This place Rocks!! Super fast service, and the food was on point. I wish I lived closer I never ran out of Salsa as they give a big bowl.

Food was good but the carne asada steak had more gristle than normal and was tough to chew. Flan was being prepared for the day, but wasn’t ready by late lunchtime. Service was initially fast, but then slow during the last 15 minutes. Atmosphere was a little better than the average Mexican restaurant.

El Jardin is a staple in our small community. It is our go to for birthdays, get togethers, after sport events or just a Friday night dinner. Great food, wonderful service. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Waitress was attentive, and the food was delicious. I had the cheese dip for an appetizer with the free chips. Nice portion for a small. I then got the combo with a taco, chalupa, and enchilada. Waitress said they had fried ice cream, so I got that for dessert, and I wasn’t disappointed. Prices were very reasonable too. Only spend $25: with a $5 tip.
