My boyfriend and I ordered from here not too long ago and the food is amazing! I was craving Mexican food for a while but wasn’t sure which restaurant to choose. So he chose this one and I ordered the Texas Rice (trio) , and he ordered the ACP. He’s gotten food from there plenty of times. This is my first time trying this place. 10/10. Will order food on Ubereats from here again!

Great fajitas. Overall, food was good. We went for an early lunch and it was pretty empty. Service was not great. All 4 waitresses sat at a booth up front scrolling on their phones, neglecting the few customers in the place. We sat with empty glasses and salsa dishes for 10 minutes until our meals came out.

We were craving Mexican food, decided to give this place a try. Delish, hit the spot!!! Spices are mild but that’s expected in this type of restaurant. $9.00 Patron, Silver shots, before happy hour, not sure it’s included, just saying. Store inside is clean, service great! Tasty, authentic Mexican food and drinks. When they say spicy, they mean it! Many of the staff and customers speaking Spanish—always a good sign!
You may have to wait for a table, even if some are empty. I was puzzled at first, but it became obvious once we were seated; it’s so they don’t overwhelm themselves with too many patrons at once. Our food came very fresh and very quickly.

The food was great and there was SO much of it! My waitress was very nice and she came back a couple of times to check on me. I also loved the decor especially the neon cacti. I am going back later this month with some friends.

Waited at the bar for 15 minutes to be approached by a waitress, went to walk out and was told food would be ready in 5 minutes, which surprisingly it took another 10 minutes. If you dont have time to waste, go elsewhere.

Worst customer service! I received a partial order of food and tried to speak with the manager to give them a opportunity to fix it. They wanted me to pay again to see remake the order correctly. I ordered 2 fajitas meals one with just shrimp and one with chicken and shrimp. The order with chicken and shrimp had 8 shrimp and the order with just shrimp only had 5 shrimp. Please tell me how that makes sense. They did not even try to rectify the situation. Do not patronize this organization, they don’t care about their customers food quality or customer service.

We really enjoy coming to Jalapenos. They have a vast menu. Service is friendly and fast. 4 stars because the food doesn’t come out at the same time but in this climate of short staffed restaurants, they can’t be faulted.
