Food not good. Presentation of food was very sloppy. I was told about this place by my daughter who had eaten there about 1 years ago. I spent about $85.15 for the 4 dishes we ordered. Although the service was absolutely wonderful the food fell short. Al dishes were not seasoned the sauces were absolutely terrible idk if they have changed ownership or have gotten new cooks but the food was a 2 at best. I truly hated to give such a bad review but I wanted to be totally honest. If you are looking for great service and not so good food than this is the place for you. I love Mexican food it is my absolutely favorite food so I was very disappointed to spend $85 dollars and get terrible food. They need to do better on the food as well as the presentation of food. Hopefully they see this review and get better.

Menu and pricing are from six years ago. Here is an updated menu. I tried the Machaca Burrito Plate and the Supreme Burrito Plate. I did not like the Supreme burrito. It tasted like watered down salty beef broth. The Machaca burrito was okay. I was really hoping the food would taste better because of the reviews. Maybe this restaurant just doesn’t suit my tastebuds. Anyways the staff are welcoming. The atmosphere is great. They even asked me if I wanted anything while I waited for my order. I just wanted my Horchata and I was content. Try it for yourself and see if you like the food.

UPDATE: Food is still good but it will be the last time I go. The 4% surcharge to use my card is ridiculous. No one carries cash anymore, this drives away business. Your cost to do business should be reflected in your prices, rather then singling out customers to pay your operating expenses. Why not charge cash customers a surcharge for have to take thier money to a bank?
The crowd tells the story. Good basic Mexican fare at a reasonable price. Especially love the warm bean dip served with chips and salsa gratis, nice touch. Minus one star for service… Need more staff.

I got the caldo de res; no flavor.. or no good flavor i should say, the potato and carrots tasted old the soup tasted like what i imagine old dirty kitchen rag water taste’s like.
The way the plate was served (in the picture) that is exactly how i returned it..
The fried fish was ok once you add salt

also the place has a weird smell
and to pay you have to wait until the one lady has time to charge you

The waiters were nice food was $45 for some posole and the fried fish it sucked It had no flavor. The rice was very bland and a salsa comes with was just spicy, but no flavor at all never going here again.

I ordered a Chile relleno and it was pretty bad. The sauce tasted like Campbell’s tomato soup. There was very little breading on it and where there was any it was soaked in grease. Maybe they have better dishes as many people like them, but I don’t be back.
