I’ve had El Jalapeño multiple times, usually get it delivered with Uber Eats. The food has never disappointed me. I live pretty close, I thought, let me pick it up this time. Honestly wish I didn’t because of how rude the women at the counter were. There’s a reason this beautifully decorated restaurant was sitting completely empty at 7pm, on a Friday night. Choose someone else to be behind the counter, customer service & gratitude go a long way; I will no longer be supporting this business

The El Pastor Taco was yum. The Asada Taco the beef was too well done. The blistered Jalapeño had the right bite. I really liked the salsa roja, a little more picante than the green one. The interior of the restaurant is colourful and bright.would definitely go back and try rest of the menu.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, I have to give it only two stars. The ambiance and decor were great and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. However, the food left much to be desired. My wife and I ordered the burritos, which had a noticeably unsavory taste that lingered with an unpleasant aftertaste. It was far from the fresh, vibrant flavors I expect from good Mexican cuisine. To accompany my meal, I chose one of their juice drinks, but it was disappointingly syrupy and lacked the natural freshness I was hoping for. After I left the restaurant I began to feel stomach discomfort shortly after my meal, and I’m compelled to share my experience from a rather unpleasant vantage point — as I write this review from the toilet.
I’m disappointed because I truly love Mexican food and was hoping this would be a new favorite spot. While the service and atmosphere were commendable, the food quality needs significant improvement before I’d consider returning.

Bad service, I just asked to the server to make me a onion salad to my style: red onions, oil, lemon and salt for the mojarra ( tilapia fish ) and she came angry and took out our menus and told us to leave, I came to Longhorn Steak house and I am enjoying my steak. I was there on Sunday 02/15/2023 around 5:20 pm. Please don’t go there!!!!

Had experienced a rude woman on the phone on front counter not admitting to her error with my order. She rather not take accountability and prior to that had refused to give the Grub Hub employee my 2 beverages i ordered and paid for. No apologies or anything. I have been ordering here for almost a decade. Not anymore. If you cant admit that you are making errors then you will continue to make more with everybody else orders.

Had my grad party here and it was great! They were so friendly and we were able to bring our own deserts too. Beautiful atmosphere and everyone was full at the end of the night without breaking the bank. I don’t leave reviews at all but this experience was definitely worth it.

I have stopped at this restaurant numerous times for take out & it never disappoints. My go to is the chicken taco platter. It’s very simple – chicken topped with cilantro & onions. It comes with a side of yellow rice, black beans, sautéed scallion, salad & jalapeño. Also comes with red & green sauces on the side.
Food is good. The prices are fair. The portions are decent. No complaints here. The reviews you get are mixed, so I recommend coming in and giving it a try yourself!
