It was my first time here and I admit this place has a few wrinkles to iron out, but the staff were was amazing and bent over backwards to rectify a few minor things. They stepped up to the plate in a big way!
So it’s a good location, but ironic it’s right next to another Mexican restaurant.

Anyway it has a real nice layout and beautiful tables and booths. Great tilework and very spacious walk ways between the seating areas.
Staff was friendly and attentive to all my my requests. A couple things and they were not deal breakers. The chips while being completely authentic were of lesser quality and size. The 2 salsas need work as the red was a good consistency but was over powered by pepper and another spice. The green salsa was too watered down for my liking.
My waitress was quick to address this with some nicer, fresher chips and also got me more green salsa of a thicker variety. So thank you for that.
I was informed that it was Taco Tuesday and so even after bombarding them with questions about the menu , I finally went with the 4 taco plate and added the usual rice, beans etc.. The only misstep here was I had asked for hard shells instead of the usual flour or corn tortillas.
I gotta say I really had them mix it up by having each Taco a different meat. All the meat was cooked perfect and I was surprised by the flavour and consistency of the beans and rice. The plate came with a lime wedge for each Taco and it was a very good meal and quantity as well as quality.
I understand this is a second location for them that has run for just under 2 years so there are still some growing pains.
For example it looks like the tills here were originally from the original location in Fort Morgan CO as this was printed at the top of the bill instead of Brush Colorado.

I had a great meal experience here and looking forward to popping by here again sometime next year to see how this place has developed!

The worse service ever…
I went and make an order at 11.30am, to have it ready for noon ,that is when I have my lunch… waited until 12.25pm to get my food… my lunch break is just for 30 minutes
Almost an hour… really.. ? I took my employees to eat there… If iy was just me.. I would leave right away…
I was specting to arrive at noon and have our order ready.. obviuolsy not..

Try to call them on the phone to place an order got put on hold for over 10 minutes. Then the phone call just ended. They hung up on me. I call back and it’s busy so i decide to go in person to place the order I get there they took the phone off of the line so no one could call. I couldn’t believe it. Horrible service all around do not recommend this place at all

So we sat there for 15 mins before they even came to get are drink order! Took 1:15 to get food. It was cold and I had hotdogs in my steak bowl! It was $170.00 and 75% of the food was cold! And we tried to tell her and she said sorry nothing I can do! Worse food ever!
