This is the BEST FOOD TRUCK in Midland! The owners are originally from San Diego and make authentic California burritos, Carne Asada fries and horchata! The whole menu is amazing and you will not be disappointed. They are quick too unlike many other food trucks and very friendly! Give them a try, you won’t regret it. This will be your new favorite spot as it is mine!

Amazing food, service, and quality. To start i absolutely love that i can wait in my car with a pager. The wait wasn’t too long or too short. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My husband and I got the Carne Asada Fries and added on hot cheetos, as well as a large horchata. The horchata had the perfect spice and sweetness, it was nice n creamy especially compared to the thin watery horchata i’ve had around here in midland. The carne was tender and seasoned to perfection and i know they aren’t the selling point but the fries were absolutely amazing too. Can’t wait to come back and try more. Will be a regular spot for us.

Carne asada fries were really good but the tacos are hit or miss sometimes really good and days like today really bad the tortilla flavor is very strong and the birria has no flavor and the consume is not good.

Very quick service. We got the Quesabirria, Horchata, and burrito grande. There is so much flavor in these 2 dishes and the burrito is massive. Definitely a new favorite!

The rumors are true – you can find California taqueria style food here! It’s worth the price too. I would show you a photo of my gigantic burrito, I (somehow) ate nearly all of it though. Try the aqua fresca, huge and made from real fruit.

My husband and I have tried several things here and everything has been incredible. We have never been disappointed. Our food always comes out quickly despite long lines. The food is amazing and the staff is great. This is easily one of my favorite food trucks!
