Oh My Goodness!
I was hesitant to try since there are only 2 reviews and they only opened a mere month ago.
But I saw they offered Asada Fries and I’m Always on the lookout for an awesome asada fries.
And Boy El Imperio did Not disappoint! 10 out of 10 for all markers! Portion size was great for $15- but the taste was Perfection and they were generous with the toppings- tomatoes!, jalapeños!, sour cream if you like and hot sauce on the side- something I rarely see for other vendors. And the asada was good quality meat, ie, not chewy or grizzly – a Real deal breaker. Their asada is sliced smaller than most- almost looks like minced meat- but larger and Not minced meat- tastes like steak.
So So Tasty! Well seasoned when many others are bland.
Highly recommend and we plan to return tomorrow on our way to Wyoming.
Hope you stay in business for our road trip next year!

I ordered the asada fries without tomatoes and it’s honestly the best I’ve tasted. I would highly recommend this place. Very welcoming service and quality food to match! The menu doesn’t say it but they also offer Horchata! Will definitely revisit.

The dine in is in the front of the bus and there’s motor oil sitting out. ordered carne asada fries just to get fries drenched with nacho cheese,and pale tomato slices over the top with a bunch of jalapeños cut up on the corner. not to mention the short hair I found in the food (disgusted) I watched the cook, in his dirty flannel as he rested his arm on the onion he was cutting. They have NO food saftey certs. I would give this place zero stars. This is not authentic Mexican food this is gross

We wanted something hot after a hike at the nearest waterfall so we stopped by and got Birria But we’re very disappointed. Three taco with the smallest quesabirria tacos with the smallest little (to go ketchup size) cup of consome for $15. The meat tasted unseasoned. Our friend got the Torta and fries. The meat had no flavor, the cheese tasted bad and the bread was soft and soggy and his cost over $24. Our other fried got the tacos for $12 and while I didn’t try his he said they had no seasoning or spice, very bland. Would not recommend.

I tired this place for the first time tonight on my way home from work. I got the gorditas (order of three) with lengua, barbacoa, and asada. They were fantastic! I can’t wait to try their other items.
