Delicious tacos, on $2 Taco Tuesday special. I got steak, they also have chicken or pork. Unlike most restaurants in Pasco, this truck includes steak and chicken on their Taco Tuesday special, not just pork. Worth it!

It is aesthetically pleasing & we were greeted quickly with smiles. Their attitudes were great & they were patient while we decided what we wanted. We ordered 5 meals and they had them to us in like, 10 minutes. Super fast. Their plating was exceptional and included garnishments I have never gotten at any other Mexican restaurant/truck. I got their Asada tacos, my son got their quesa birria, and my daughter and husband got asada burritos. For me personally, I have had a lot of tacos all over the country (Never get tacos in NM ✋️) and these guys beat out Tacos Palominos who held #1 for me for YEARS. You can tell they love to cook. Our whole family decided this is our new Tri-Cities spot.

I have to admit Stacks Mobile Bistro was my choice for tacos. I respect everyone’s opinions when it comes to food, specifically tacos. Of course not everyone is going to accept the fact that these tacos are delicious. I am very satisfied and will continue to stop by when I have cravings or just to enjoy delicious food. This taco truck is pretty cool, And it has pretty good food. I always find it hard to find places that make good lengua, but this one’s bomb. And on top of that, we tried the hot Cheetos burrito, and that was amazing !!

Idk why there are so many high ratings? Food looks appealing but the food needs flavor or some salt. It tasted bland. Taste your food before you serve it. I got a crunch wrap and it was not crunchy. The tortillas tasted old too. Rice was bland too.
