I sat down tonight (4/2/25) to have my anniversary dinner with my fiancé. El Guadalajara is our favorite restaurant in town, but tonight however after we sat down and our food came out a big group of people came in and sat down at the middle tables between the booths next to the patio exit (at least 13-15 people they took up every table) and they was all being very loud while we and everyone else in the restaurant was trying to enjoy our meals. Unfortunately we had to be sat right next to them making the experience even less enjoyable. During this time our waitress had not checked on us at all and gave them the full attention. Meanwhile I was still waiting for my check that I still didn’t receive so when she came by to service them I asked for it my self she said she would get it and never came back with it. So irritated at this point I get up to go ask for it myself and she was sitting down by the bathrooms and then when I said something she jumped up and acted sorry. After I paid and we was leaving my fiancé told me that some people in the big group had laughed at me for getting frustrated over being ignored. Just because you are in a group of people does not give you a right to say or do what you want and degrade someone else. (If any of you people at that table see this you know who you are, I hope your meals were enjoyable because my anniversary dinner wasn’t thanks to you all) edit: food was great as usual only problem was the service and entitled customers.

Not very happy with the advertisement of this restaurant the pictures are over a year old and the menu is nowhere to be seen! There are no updated to any of the menus photos or or reviews there are no recent reviews either! I was considering going here to eat but if there is no recent updates or photo updates then im not taking the chance of eating somewhere I can’t do any physical research on! I won’t take the chance on wasting my money on a place if no one is willing “ie the company ” making any type of updates to draw customers in!

I had a fantastic experience at El Guadalajara restaurant. Their salsa was excellent and added a burst of flavor to every dish. The special fajitas, prepared by the skilled cook, were a highlight—tender and full of flavor. The chicken chimichanga was delightful, and the portions were impressively generous. What stood out was the attentive service; the staff made sure our dining experience was enjoyable. I would have given a 5-star rating, but there’s always room for a tiny improvement. Overall, El Guadalajara offers a satisfying combination of delicious food, substantial portions, and attentive service.

My Doordash order is always messed up. Always forgetting Tortillas and my cheese dip. Never sends extra chips and salsa when I order it. Order russell Special with extra charge for steak. Then they mix it with chicken when I dont want chicken. It happens almost every single time I order from door dash. Better off eating in. Cause quality is better. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Had dinner for the first time in this restaurant. The staff who could speak english was very courteous. However, with twenty staff members running around frantically, most of them, women and then only one english man running around multitasking.What’s kind of off putting. Watched 2 sets of six top table customers walk in the door Standing in line halfway in the restaurant and halfway out of the restaurant, letting flies inside and the air conditioning outside after waiting for an incredible time 1 set of the six top table, customers walked out. Probably, due to the fact that the staff did not acknowledge all the customers properly. As someone who has been in the food industry for decades to watch this was devastating. It’s incredible how they would manage to keep their business, regardless of the fact that the food was pretty decent. But also on that note, my friends dinner was served incorrectly. She wanted all beef in her meal and she ended up with chicken and beef. We also both asked for sour cream and piccanti sauce. They gave us one bowl of sour cream to split.
