tldr: good food, moderate prices, friendly staff, and clean environment.
ive only tried their tacos and it’s taco truck prices, but their tacos were loaded up with a bit more meat. also clean restrooms and place to eat a bonus. They like many Hispanic restaurants, they comp you chips and salsa.
will be back to try their nachos too. seems low price… worried serving size might be small on that one… will just have to see.

The food was delicious. My favorite were beef nachos, and wet burrito . The carne asada beef was well done even though I asked for medium. The service was terrible. We got 3 utensils to share between 6 of us. We had to call them for plates 3 times and every time they brought 2 at a time. The prices are overkill for where they are located. The lady helping us was not always helpful. They even forgot our bean and rice with fajitas.

Excellent service, delicious food, and a surprisingly fast kitchen in a spacious and extremely clean space!!! I’m from California, work in restaurants, and can be a bit particular when it comes to Mexican food, and I’m beyond excited to find this oasis in White Center!
My boyfriend is a picky eater and ordered their carne asada burrito, which he enjoyed and devoured to the best of his ability (it was a very generous portion with plenty of yummy sides/additions). My eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I was excited to try their menu, so I ordered three carne asada tacos and the pozole. I think the pozole was made to order and had the most generous serving of pork in the 100+ times I’ve eaten pozole (both in Mexico and other parts of the US), and my only issue is that my stomach isn’t big enough to fit one full serving in a single sitting. The pork was some of the most tender I’ve ever had, and the portion was so generous I might make tacos from the leftovers.
The carne asada tacos were so good I inhaled two of them before I remembered to take a photo, and I was so distracted by eating that I didn’t even think to take a photo of the burrito until it was almost gone. The mild (house?) salsa that came with our chips (tasted made in-house) was so good we finished the first serving before our food came out and requested a second (that I managed to mostly finish). No agua fresca for lactose intolerant me, but they have an horchata that I bet is divine.
We will definitely be back soon! I have a new go to spot in Seattle!

We hired the El Gran Taco truck for a large event we had at our home in June 2025 and were so delighted by their service. Very professional, had a contract (not all trucks offered this), accomadated our changes to the menu easily, easy to get in touch, they were prompt, staff was so nice, and the food was outstanding. Our guests raved about the food. I’ve gotten take out from their restaurant as well which was very good. Didn’t comment on atmosphere as I have never eaten at their establishment but the truck was festive and fun at our event! Highly recommend their truck service!

We had a catered event for a large number of people (approx 200). The food from El Gran Taco is top notch, always fresh and cooked to perfection. The service is outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. We cannot say enough about the quality, standards, and staff. We have done business with El Gran Taco and never been disappointed. We used El Gran Taco to cater a celebration of life event. Edwardo had his team were prompt and very hospitable. We went with a taco bar and everyone loved it! Had an amazing spread with three meats and all the necessary fixings. We highly recommend them for catering not to mention all the other scrumptious options they offer in house at the restaurant.
