Probably my least favorite location of El Gordo’s…the food is decent at best, don’t get me wrong its not bad at all just not to the standard of every other location I’ve been too. The flavor is there but El Gordo is known for going above and beyond with presentation and the little extras that make this restaurant not just another Filiberto type drive thru…but all in all not horrible by any means

The food is decent, the business itself is very unorganized. The staff is very overwhelmed not taken orders through drive through making cars just moving up to the window. Tacos Los Favoritos is much bigger and more organized. Get you game together Tacos el Gordo! Customers will bring the business down if you are too complacent!

We went through the drive-through and I had to repeat my order at least eight times. Came home to eat some chicken street tacos and I basically ate onion and cilantro. $18 wasted will never go there again.

I guess if you’re hungry and you like anything eat here. They served me an old or overcooked tamale which broke the plastic fork when trying to eat it!!! I thought it was frozen then I was like maybe it’s a big chunk of meat nope dry as idk what. I returned it for the fries and called it a day. Everything else was just something to eat for my friend who rode with me out there. I definitely cook way better than this

The girl working the night shift at the window with the glasses has a serious attitude problem. She’s flat-out rude and acts like it’s impossible to make food the way we’ve always ordered it — even though my family eats here practically every day. Then the cooks try to cover for her by lying, claiming they made it “right,” and the second you call them out, suddenly no one speaks English. It’s ridiculous. To be clear, I’m not talking about the nice lady who works during the day — she actually knows how to treat customers. The night crew could learn a thing or two from her.

Great big portions. I ordered a tamale and a chicken chimichanga. The chimichanga is excellent! Lots of flavor and not overly spicy. Tamale is wonderful and the red sauce has a bite to it. I came back and am trying the fajita burrito and the ground beef taco. I have included a picture. I can only eat half a burriti because it’s too large for me. The drive through is extremely slow because they make your order fresh from scratch. Be patient or order ahead.

This place is located inside a convenience store at a gas station. Limited seating and parking.
Barbacoa tacos. Meat is a tad on the oily side and very fatty, as you can see in the picture. The tortillas on the other hand were excellent, with very good taste. I ordered 3 normal sized tacos and that was plenty for me.
Customer service was not the best. I asked if they had both Barbacoa and Birria tacos. The young lady said they only had the Birria, so I ordered 6 of those. When I got my order they gave me 6 Barbacoa instead. I told them I had ordered Birria since they had told me they were out of Barbacoa. They just looked at me and didn’t offer to make my order right.

Taco Tuesdays! Their tacos are big and stuffed. They also have ground beef. They are located in a dumpy gas station but those always have the good ones. They do have a drive-thru!
