Used to come to Trailhead for the vibe and good folks, now I come for the great food too. The smash burgers are crispy on the outside and perfectly greasy in the middle. The fries are expertly fried and crispy every single time. Mac n cheese has been griddled and served as a delicious, gooey and crispy omelet that you can top with whatever rotating protein or theme of the week (BBQ pork, shawarma chicken, etc).

So delicious! The burger looked small,but was super filling and much depth to the flavors. The sokno tacos were amazing especially with the house Gato hot sauce with a curry taste.

This quiet burger shack is, perhaps, one of the best kept secrets in Knoxville. Honestly, with my hours, I don’t need any more competition with food selling out before I can get off work. I can tell you many things, but I’ll be brief. The rotating menu is out of this world, but everything is consistently done to the same level of perfection. It can be transcontinental but there are always incredible smash burger and taco options, including vegetarian. The French fries are better than anything else you’ll find in town, I can assure you. They’re double fried and that really makes a difference. My wife and I eat here often, as we try to catch each of the weekly specials, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone else.
