*Update* we decided to go again today and the service was much better! As long as the woman or the older gentleman are at the window then you know the foods gonna be good and accurate. Pricing was also what it usually is.
Food is good but the service and inconsistency isn’t not even worth the hassle. I literally was a regular and was even going to use this place as catering for our upcoming work party; however, after today I will not be back! I was charged more than i usually am and still didn’t get everything I ordered. When I went back to the window suddenly they didn’t have any , but he “didnt charge me for it”. It’s truly a shame because I was becoming a real fan, and would love to put a small business onto a large company like mine but after today absolutely not!

Wow, I can’t believe I didn’t find this place sooner. The chicken is incredible here. The rice and beans had the perfect spice that I liked. This is my new favorite grilled chicken spot in Houston, thank you!!!

I don’t understand how you guys still operate with this kind of stuff going on in your place every single time I call for place my order never answered and if they answer the answer is oh we have no more chicken I’m always call around 9pm or 9:15pm never I get my food what I understand is that you close at 10pm the same situation happens several times this is unprofessional looks like the owner doesn’t care……..trash

The food was hot and fresh. The beans were probably the best part, tasted homemade and the seasoning was on point. Great place for some tasty food. Best grilled chicken around this area.

Service was fast, I called in an order of 2 meals and was ready when I showed up. Lady was nice and only $17 per chicken with side of rice and beans. Chicken was warm and in butcher paper. Beans and rice could have been a little more warmer. But still tasted good. We ate in the parking lot and my family of 4 ate all of it. Very good flavor and not dry at all. Recommend to my family and friends.

I ordered from here two days ago, and I was disappointed. All the meat I received was too hard to chew. Half of the meat was just fat and rubbery. The chicken was good but very dry. The sausage was very flavorful. Overall I would have to give this place a 2.3 out of 10. I heard so many good things about this place but I was disappointed in the end. Hopefully with this review it will help them improve.

We thought we were getting delicious chicken but the chicken was so dry….even the dark meat. The rice taste as if they were from a can. The rice has no aroma and no taste! Not wasting my $16.00 again!! We’re new to the area but I think we’ll be going to the heights for our chicken…estilo Monterrey. Never again.

This place does bad business. I came in to get the quickest option for a simple repair on a tire. They take the tire to the back where you aren’t allowed to see what kind of work they’re doing on it. The owner asked me what I wanted and I said the quickest and most inexpensive option. He took the tire to the back and they come out maybe 10-15 minutes later. He charges me $15 plus tax for a patch when they could have done a simple and quick plug. Only then does he mention that the plug would have been $8 and much quicker. I specifically told him whatever is quickest. This place profiles you and tries to pinch every nickel out of you. Stay away from Casa Tires and Sound on Edgebrook. FYI many places charge as little as $8-$10 for a patch. I know this first hand.
