A fast food Tex-Mex place that brings very deliciously fresh food to your table on real plates. I’m from Texas and we have a popular chain Rosas with the same concept. This place holds up!! This is my first time here and I will definitely be back. El Fresco took that Tex-Mex fix and slammed it. The condiments bar was a great addition to my experience.

The food at el fresco was absolutely amazing, the burrito was huge so u can easily split it up with 2 people if you want to. U can tell they just cooked the food and it was so fresh. The fried ice cream was out of this world, that was my first time trying fried ice cream and I was very satisfied. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EL FRESCO.

El Fresco is great! The place is very clean and the food is great. They have so many options on the menu so I was having a tough time trying to decide what to try! I figured i had to get a bunch of different stuff to try and see what we love. I loved their steak overall the best. Their burrito is wonderful and a little spicy (loved how saucy it is with the rice). loved that they have a sauce bar like District Taco. Their casadillas are wonderful. Their tacos are also . Their fajitas are also great. Staff is friendly! What a wonderful addition to Sterling!

ElFresco in Sterling is a one nice spot for Tex-Mex! The food is always fresh, and they have such a great variety on the menu that everyone can find something they love. Deliciously fresh, authentic, and large portions. Less expensive and IMO better than our Leesburg go-to’s (Anitas and Del Rio). I had a catering order fall through from another restaurant so I called El Fresco and spoke with Anna in a pinch. They were able to accommodate my large lunch order for 20 people with less than 3 hours notice. Everyone loved the food and many people came back for a second and third round of food. The customer service and food were top notch. Thank you!
