You had me at cup pepperoni and brick oven pizza! It’s very good Neopolitan pizza. The side salad for lunch combination lightly dressed and delicious. The pizza sauce very good, chewy crust although I would’ve liked it a bit more crispy crunchy, but still good. Loves the bruschetta, a little too heavy on balsamic glaze but the more to dip my pizza crust in. Husband had the sausage and pepper panini that was good that tasted and felt more like a calzone because the pizza crust is used as the bread instead of focaccia or another type of rustic bread that is pressed in a panini grill, so people might be confused with the naming it a panini, but it was delicious. Service was great. I’m not understanding why there were only 3 or 4 tables eating at lunch time on a Friday because the food is fantastic. Was a little confusing to hear music sung by Mexican singer Vincente Fernandez (I love it but confusing when eating Italian food), no big deal though. We WILL be back to try the pasta that it’s said to be homemade. Not sure why the pizza is uncut and needs to be cut with scissors but again, not a big deal. The CUP pepperoni was wonderful and very classic Italian. A pizza is one size about 11-12″ so know this before ordering.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! We had the fried calamari with spicy marinara and the Capricciosa pizza. Everything was so fresh and delicious. You can tell everything is made with love and intention. The friendly owner came to check in on us while her husband made our pizza in the beautiful brick oven. We were so full, but we took some homemade tiramisu to go. It was honestly the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. New local favorite! I’ll definitely be back for a margarita.

This was a very nice and different experience. You can use scissors to cut the pizza slices the size you want. It was actually satisfying and the kids liked it alot. The pizza was so fresh. The bread was free and so good with oil and seasoning. The server was very nice and explained things to us. The meatball app were a little crisp and not my favorite. It was a nice experience. I would recommend having feta cheese available for the pizza. Thank you. Be blessed.

This was our first trip, but won’t be our last. The pizza has thin crust but big outer crust. When hot, the outside is delicious. You cut your own pizza with sharp scissors so you cut to own sizes. This place is very big inside so lots of seating. They also have Salmon and steak.

Great wood fired pizza. Ordered two margaritas with prosciutto. Crust was perfect. Lived in Italy for 3 years and would recommend El Fornino Pizzeria. My only recommendation would be to slice their prosciutto thinner. Caesar salad was very good as well.

Pretty good Italian style pizza, I would definitely return for the pepperoni pizza and the house bread they serve before the meal. The pizza had all the right flavors but cpuld use a bit more cheese. They lacked topping options like feta cheese and the ranch dressing they offer is Ken’s in a packet which is not impressive for a good pizza restaurant and they charge a dollar per packet. We also ordered the fornino meatballs which were weird and tasted burnt on the outside but looked nearly raw on the inside. I would not recommend them. Our server was super friendly but seemed busy to where we had to ask for water refills.
I’d go again for the pizza but the inside of the restaurant is very bland and nothing memorable about it apart from the cool pizza oven up front. Definitely could use a remodeling!
You should definitely try out this restaurants pizza, nothing like theirs down here on the coast. One in a kind just needs some adjustments!

Went about an hour before closing, so it was my party and one other table. We were seated and served quickly, and both the hostess and waitresses were very friendly/welcoming. They had pleasant music playing over the speakers that was at the perfect volume, could easily talk over it without being drowned out which I appreciate it. Lights were also dim but not enough to where you can’t see. We were a little skeptical at first, but the food was excellent. I personally ordered the margarita pizza, and it was flavorful, the dough was fluffy, and it was cooked to perfection. My friend had the Alfredo pasta with chicken, and I can honestly say it was some of the best Alfredo I’ve ever tasted. It was addictive, I finished her bowl haha. Some of the menu items might seem a bit odd at first glance (see pesto made using avocados) but this restaurant and its items are 100% worth the try and will not disappoint. Had a great experience, and really appreciate the accommodating staff, despite staying past operating hours. Will be back again if I’m in town, thank you 🙂

The absolute BEST pizza on the whole Mississippi Gulf Coast. This hidden gem has wonderfully authentic pizza unlike any I’ve had before. Its full of so much real, genuine flavor in every bite. Everything meat is DELICIOUS. Bring a friend, get the meatlovers pizza and a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. You won’t regret it.
Don’t forget to try the margarita flight!
