This Manager was out of control
& disrespectful.
I ordered food & spent over $50
did not get enough chips or salsa for 3 people & went inside to get more and I had asked could I please have a plastic bag for my salsa & paper bag for more chips. She said I already gave you one for your food, the manager then said You people just want everything. I was confused because I am Hispanic also.
She then went on to say do you realize how much bags cost for the chips & salsa, I left everything there & told her I wanted my money back & she said NO! & then after denying me my money back I told her I will never return she said don’t worry your not welcomed back anymore.
She needs a lot of trying to be taught on how to be professional,welcoming & kind how do you expect for people to want to come back to a Nasty disrespectful Manager (Employee) she’s suppose to be an example for her team.

The inside of the restaurant was closed so I walked up to the drive thru window and spoke to a young lady who said her name was Sarah. I spoke to her about the lack of food, she took everything personal as if I was insulting her. When I asked for her managers name and the number to the restaurant she told me I couldn’t have that information. She was very disrespectful, her customer service was very poor. The cook offered to add lettuce or sauce but I declined, my food was now cold and I didn’t want to chance anything being done to my food. I feel like I was ripped off, don’t waste your money.
