For a restaurant in a mall I was surprised by the quality of food and service. It’s really an excellent price/quality choice – the service is outstanding: extremely careful with customers in The quality of ingredients is also great – I had baby beef ones and returned for a Milanesa that has been excellent as well.
Prices are decent and the wine choice is good as well.

It’s a higher end restaurant located in a mall. This place is good with to have it’s own brick and mortar location.
The Good:
This place was really nice. They have an extensive menu with interesting foods. The waiter was friendly, charming, and spoke some English. The drinks were good, the food was tasty, and the check wasn’t crazy. They even made something special that wasn’t on the menu for us. Top level service.
The Bad:
It took a while for the food to be made, but not too long. The noice from the mall comes inside which can disturb the atmosphere a bit. Not too bad.

Before entering El Fogon, I read the Special of the Day sign.
I ordered the Special and it brought memories of my grandmother in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
She slowly cooked Beef Tongue until the flesh was tender and easy to chew.

We ordered a medium Asado for two. The portion was pretty big & I suggest you order one meal for two. However the meat was not as tender as I expected, some parr was even difficult to be chewed.
