This is my second time eating here , on my first time i thought i would give them another chance. This time i ordered chicken chaufa. Barely barely any protein on it.I would say about one small slice of chicken breast cut into pieces. You will see in the pic. This plate cost $18.80. I ordered the plantains and never got them. You can get 2 chicken breast at pollo tropical for $12.00. Don’t waste your time and money here.

we ordered take out in hopes of getting late night peruvian food that was authentic. we gave this place a shot as it was our first visit and i’m not sure wether the time we ordered had anything to do with it. but the food surely was not authentic peruvian. the beef in the lomo saltado lacked flavor and some pieces were inedible. fried plantains were stiff. the yuca sticks were great though. rice was mid as well as the fries. hope things change up and get better overall 2.5 out 5 for the food. great that they’re open late but was not really worth the trip from west kendall.

I came to El Fogon and ordered a Jalea, and let me tell you, the ingredients were fresh and the Jalea was flavorful! Definitely a great place to come back to for Peruvian food. The dish was a perfect blend of crispy and tender, with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. I can’t wait to return and try more dishes. 5 stars!”

It’s a food court inside a restaurant call it Taco Pasta.
It was very nice, people so friendly, there were games at the tables so you can play while waiting for your order.
Food was really good, especially the peruvian chili it was the same you eat in a peruvian “pollería” (en Perú ). So I totally recommend it!

As a Peruvian, this place offered very bad food. The Chaufa was entirely too salty, I could not eat it. Pieces of the rice and eggs were burnt. The plantains were very hard. Do not recommend.

Wonderful place. Chaufa was very tasty, they cooked fresh for us despite it was late night.

No merece 5 estrellas merece 10. Debería ser más famoso el lugar. Y por un precio Buenisimo.
