Absolutely Disgusting !!!
Ordered super nachos and a chimichanga. Instead we got wet chips and beans soaked in some weird green sauce. No cheese, no Carne Asada (beef jerky nuggets instead), no sour cream, etc.
I mean nachos don’t have cheese????
And the chimichanga was a nasty bean burrito full of some green sauce again. And I mean not just some green sauce, like full of it. Don’t know what it is since it has zero flavor. YUCK

Cashier is deaf, asked what came in birria burrito, he told me and I asked to get one with no onions, with 3 quesabirrias tacos and a tres leches cake also. Somehow cashier didn’t hear I wanted the burrito, all I got was my quesabirrias tacos and no tres leches cake. was in a hurry and didn’t notice until I got home and had to drive back to get my tres leches cake and pay for the burrito

Burritos are freaking tiny! Paying more and getting less. Breakfast should include more than a tablespoon of eggs. Got the steak and egg breakfast burrito. Very disappointing.

Smaller portions than the other Betos. Just ate a french fry Ham and Egg with literally 90% french fries. Update 4-21 They went back to real potatoes. portion is still smaller but glad they changed the ham and egg back. I now recommend this place again.

Last two times I pulled up to the drive through they didn’t answer to take my order. Waited over 5 minutes and decided to go in. Each time the staff was chatting with friends and ignoring customers. The food is great, they do a great job with everything we order, but the service is terrible.
Update: tried to go there again. Against my better judgment, I wanted to try the drive-through again. I waited over five minutes and nothing and no one answered to ask for my order. I pulled around to the drive-through and there were no cars in the drive-through like there were when I first arrived. I went inside and there’s no one waiting in line. They were there sitting on their cell phones again. I decided to put my original review down to one star because of this reason. Its worth driving to the other one across from Weber State.
