This little restaurant has big flavors!! The food was delicious. Cooked on a charcoal grill. Covered outdoor seating. It was a fun place, we visited with the owner who is also the chef! Wonderful

Wife and I just ate ( first time ) here. Had a few well-made margaritas followed by their 400g ribeye steak done to order perfectly. Accompanied by a small delicious salad and 1/2 ear of corn. Added a baked potato that was too large even splitting it between us. Very welcoming staff. Great atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Great meat that was perfectly cooked.
Arrachera was medium rare, tender and with just enough fat to make the entree flavorful. It was a great meal with salad and corn on the cob that had a slight crunch with a great bite. The added chimichurri was the perfect addition.
The staff was attentive, welcoming and very nice. Locals rave about this place and for good reason. A family run business that just gets on with running a restaurant that has really food and service.

The owner was friendly, spoke great English and made us feel welcome. The steak was tender and delicious. My husband had the ribs and they were fall off the bone tender. We would have liked more Mexican type of music, but that’s us. Good drinks too!

We decide to give this place a try based on their 4.9 review ratings and let me tell you is more a 10 than a 4.9. Oh my God what a great place. The food is soo fresh and tasty and I made right there in front of you. Just WOW. The service is great, and so is the food and their facilities. This is definitely a most do when in Cozumel. I’ll recommend it 100% Try their wings and the Arrachera and you can thank me later.

This place exceeded our expectations on every level. We had done a full day of diving, and had wrapped up a night dive, getting back to central downtown Cozumel around 9:20 before having to go back to our accommodations and haul gear and shower, leaving us starving at 10pm and having earned a great dinner, but with few options. This place was a few minutes from our hotel, and was open until 11. We walked in at 10:20 and were welcomed warmly. Food was well prepared, delicious, and affordable for what we were getting. The place definitely seems family run, and they were so gracious to us. Margaritas were great too; we asked for low on the sweet factor and they hit the mark perfectly. Great outdoor seating vibe, and I think one of the people running the place noticed I was scratching my ankle from having been bitten by a mosquito, as it’s an outdoor place, and he brought over a fan to keep the breeze blowing and bugs away!
This place is an absolute gem in Cozumel, not too far off of the main drag, yet far enough away in the very BEST way possible. Quiet and lovely but they kept good tunes rolling, and we will be back. If you’re looking for a great steak (or other options) for a great price from a family business without the cheesiness of the main strip of Cozumel, come here! And pro tip for hungry divers coming back from a night dive—hit them up, they deserve your business because they’re there for you, when not a lot of decent restaurants are open at that hour!

Great choice for having dinner in Cozumel!
We had Ribeye and Arrachera and both were grilled on point! Very juicy and a great smoke flavour from their smoker. The corn and the optional habanero sauce/oil were great with it too.
We really felt welcomed by the nice waiter William and the chef!
The atmosphere of the place makes you feel like you would be at a bbq at one of your friends (but with better food )
(PS: They are also fluent in english so tourists don’t have to worry about not being understood)

This place was amazing to visit!! If you want to eat something local this is the place. Papa al horno was amazing, with the ribeye 400 he and the sangria. In my next visit I’ll come again! Heads up to William!

This is a hidden gem. Our taxi driver suggested this restaurant. This is a local spot where the locals eat and has fantastic food and service. Probably the best arrachera on the island. The real deal. My wife had the papa mestiza and I had the arrachera tacos. Soooo good. Definitely a place to go if you live here or visiting this beautiful island.
