Eat here once or twice a week because its so good! Very fast service and portions are huge. The pollo is always pretty juicy. We normally get Pollo loco or carne asada and split one meal. Super fast and friendly service

We came for dinner this past Saturday 3/7/26 well the service was just okay, when they brought our order. My husband said this does not look like what I ordered. He ate some of it. My grandson looked at his plate and said he would not eat it, it was the America plate. I would give it 2. The large guacamole was disappointing compared to the last time we came. I would give it a 2. I had the combination plate #4. I would give it a 3. It was a mess too. I ate a little.
Compared to the last time we came I give this time a 2 overall.
My husband said it’s not the same compared to when the previous Manager. He would have something say about this I am sure.
The table across from us a child had made a mess on the floor. They somewhat cleaned it up. The other Manager would of made sure mess was completely cleaned up. My impression is a 2.
We decided if your going to spend $60, you should have a great experience always. We decided we’re never coming back. We’re local people.

We shared the chimichanga dinner, it was plenty for us. The chips and salsa are good. Service is pretty fast. This is a large restaurant with lots of tables so they could easily accommodate larger groups. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean.

This place has the biggest, best, and coldest, frozen margaritas west of the Mississippi. Conveniently located near a series of hotels I could walk to the place from my hotel good place to eat when you’re traveling.

Great service. Food was fine, bit nothing special. Fajitas would have been a lot better if the steak was chopped larger and did not have fried tomatoes in it. I love tomatoes, but not fried like that.
Rice was really good. Stcice was also really good. Prices seemed high for a Mexican restaurant to me.

had a lot of tables that are wheel chair friendly. The bathroom was large, and walkways were really wide. The reason it got 4 instead of 5 is because the parking lot is so bad. It would be really hard to navigate. There are so many pot holes !!

Had high chairs but not a great bathroom setup. Kids menu is pretty great. Includes regular Mexican dishes and nuggets/fries. Etc.

We stopped on our way home to Salina,Ks from Colorado. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. I would say this was the best Mexican food I have eaten. When we go past Colby again this will definitely be a stopping point for us!!

Mexican food is my favorite type of food. We had the deluxe nachos, plate of three chile Reno and the Bandera Mexicana. The portions size are large, and the price is reasonable. For dessert, we enjoyed the sopapillas with ice cream. This restaurant is extremely clean and great service. It was a great stop on our road trip.

When we travel through Western Kansas, this is a required stop! Today included Cadillac margaritas, [heaping] veggie fajitas, and chicken nachos. I love how they cook their chicken. Now to the hotel for a nap!
UPDATE: The salsa is not spicy but tastes fresh and we look forward to starting our meal with it and chips. We like both the chicken fajita and regular taco salads too. The chicken is so good, but chew carefully- twice [update: 3 times] I’ve had bone slivers. Once had a cucaracha in the salad which was very off-putting but not enough to not come back.
Update: the flavors in the fajita taco are our favorite, and believe me, we’ve consumed MANY!
UPDATE: tried the tamales- so good with the red sauce! We added queso and it was delicious.
